Splash Express

I had my eye on this car wash, and I got the perfect chance to try it. I was coming back from a road trip and I needed to clean the car from the inside. The attendant at the first point took me through the process and then, more people are willing to help. I appreciate the self-help mat cleaning and car vacuuming. I would come back again to pamper my car.

Misleading information… it’s not unlimited washes, it’s one per day only. Beware because their wash brushed will skuff your paint and will nock your side view mirror backwards….

I was clean my car and being handicapped it’s difficult to wash my floor mats. A nice gentleman named Topher (not sure if this is spelled right) took them into the wash room and because they’re formed he hand washed them for me which was greatly appreciated The service at the Splash car wash at the Vestal NY has always been a place where the staff is very nice and helpful

Place is hands down the best wash in the area! Most of the staff are always helpful and friendly. Car always shining after the wash- LOVE the ceramic!

Chris and Jesse are great! They go above and beyond and my kids love seeing them each time we come!

The best deal for this car wash is to get the monthly car wash pass which saves you money if you wash your car more than once a week. My vehicle always comes out nice and clean when I come through.

They don't pressure wash the vehicles as thoroughly as they use to.it's quite a disappointment

We travel at least once a week to wash and vacuum the truck. The mat washer is great too! They have great customer service!

Jesse is always friendly and helpful and Lillian is always attentive. We love going to Splash Express!

They now have 3 pay stations to streamline entering. They still have a staff member there to guide you in and do the initial spray.

The cost per wash is pretty darn expensive. It's about double what I generally pay elsewhere.
My last visit through (April 2023) cost me $26

Jessie was super helpful and knowledgeable. Coming from nyc car washes, I had a really great experience. I recommend this car wash over any in the area.

I called to inquire about a promo, a nice guy at an answering center told me I'd need to speak to the specific location about promos. I asked to be patched through, they said there's no way to do that and to stop in. I said I'm calling because I don't want to drive there.

Apparently they'd like to go bankrupt like the other 4 carwashes that came through that location in the last 15 years. Good luck.

I've been in the offices of one of your locations, I could physically see the telephone. It rang while I was there.

Great car wash! I love the monthly unlimited car washes, especially in the winter with all the salt on the roads.

Would have given five stars but touch screens beware of. We were charged $4.32 three times when we touched the No Thanks for added products. Staff is great and said we must have swiped the screen? Swiped the No Thanks? Whatever. We love the car wash however we will just sit there for the gate to lift. We reported this after the first charge to the staff member and they said they couldn't refund any money. I understand completely. Didn't want a refund. Just didn't want it to happen again. But after the third time we figured something maybe wrong. We will continue using the car wash but won't touch the scr
eens. Staff is always pleasant.

False advertising for unlimited washes only can get one a day that's bullcrap if u put unlimited u should get unlimited also manger doesn't do workers right

I love the wash and the employees there are fantastic, however I was double charged one month on a subscription and i called in to the 1800 number and spoke to the main customer service hub. I was refunded for 1 charge and I asked to stop my subscription from renewing. I was told that i was still able to use the carwash for about 3 weeks, but i went to the carwash the next day and my acount was deactivated. So now im unable to even use it for the 3 weeks i had left and paid for. Never had any issues when they were classy chasis and again, the onsite employees are very friendly and helpful.

I left hoffman because of the SLOW/STOPPED baracades. Now Classy Chassie / Splash added them. I sit there and blow my horn until they let me in.

Best customer service I have ever received at a car wash! My car was very badly covered in sap from parking under a tree. The staff were incredibly understanding about the situation and just as concerned as I was about removing the sap ASAP. I bought the reasonably priced monthly pass and they allowed me to go through the car wash a few times (glad I came in an off hour). The manager himself powerwashed the sap spots. The entire staff went truly above and beyond for us. Genuinely kind people! I would recommend to all looking for a car wash in the area.

I was at the Vestal, NY Splash car wash on Saturday, September 17th at 5: 25PM. The one gentleman kindly cleaned my floor mats, was extremely friendly and did a great job. The gentleman who was running the car wash when I went through sprayed the bugs, and he told me to sit for a bit because no one was behind me. He said the bugs were really bad, and he wanted to help get them off. When a truck pulled up behind me he told me how to clean off what hadn’t come off. I have been coming to this car wash for as long as it has been here. I travel 15 minutes to come to this one. These gentlemen showed they took their jobs seriously, but were also considerate and polite. Great job. Thank you

Always a great experience and the free vacuum is a wonderful touch. Selena is always helpful and smiling.

The staff at this location are always friendly and the wash does what most auto washes do! Leaves behind some bugs but for being automated it’s not terrible. Ian was helpful with spraying off the truck before entering the tunnel, very friendly!

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Even gave my dog some love! Terrible with names but the wonderful girl checking in customers (Kim maybe?) deserves a raise! Highly recommend!

Love this car wash and the free vacuum stations. After going to every other car wash in town that never got my car clean with their "touch free" services I finally found this one that actually does a decent job! I happily drive across town at least once a week to wash and vacuum my car! The staff is super nice and accommodating and always there if you have questions.

Renee and the other young woman are always smiling and pleasant, no matter the weather. Love the convenience of Splash Carwash, easy to access from either eastbound or westbound on the Parkway. Air and vacuum are free, monthly subscription is a great option if you're a frequent flier. Love the towel exchange program!

Renee always goes out of her way to make sure we are welcomed and that the car is cleaned. On dealing with her on issues, she always makes sure and get it right!

I have been a monthly member of Classy Chassy since they started in Vestal. The difference is they smile, answer questions, keep the place clean and I have not had any issues with my car and the machinery. Thanks CC
