Not good in keeping customer up to date with information, I had to call in the late afternoon to see if me car was ready. It wasn’t approved what needed to be done was told the next day. It wasn’t. Got a call in the third day it was ready and it was 4: 55 and they close at 5, someone did say they would stay till I got there. Never had a bad experience before and have my car for 12 years all my work gets done there.

Had to return for replacement of a timing spring so my driver side air bag light would go off- the part had to be ordered- part came in quickly, the service dept. Got me in right away and voila! It was done! Great service department! I’ll be back when I need anything

I was provided excellent customer service. Got to my appointment and it went really smooth. They clarify many questions I had regarding my car. Would recommend Kia of South Shore to anyone.

We brought our Kia soul in so they could address 3 vehicle recalls and also an oil change. Everyone was polite and friendly and the service was completed on time.

Family been with this Kia for YEARSSSS. We have 4 Kias, for no reason. They’re the best! Fast service, great communication, and very friendly staff! Thank you!

This dealership is a five star dealer. You are greeted immediately by a valet, then walk to the service writer who listens to your concerns. He asked me if I was going to be leaving the vehicle or waiting. He walked me over to the service lounge where I had, a hot cup of coffee and some snacks that were available. The service took about an hour. I was notified when my car was done if I would like a complementary car wash. Things like this stand out the service writer Christian was very informative about my vehicle service, and I will only be bringing my family’s vehicles to this dealership for any of my services.

I pass two closer Kia dealers to go here. That should indicate just how well this dealer takes care of its customers. This is the only place that I will let them work on me car.

From the Service manager and service staff to the mechanics this is the only place I will take my KIA for maintenance and repair. They are amazing!

Update to excellent review before:
I'm at a Valvoline getting a oil change.
I hadn't opened my hood since my service (below).
So they opened the hood and found a ratchet (see picture).
Now I'm disappointed. It could have fell in the engine compartment and caused untold damage.
What else did they forget or forget to do?
Oh well. I guess I got a good ratchet.

Service was very good. The Kia associate "Lu Ann" provided excellent customer service before, during, and after I dropped off my car. The car was cleaned after being serviced and they got every spot, even in the door hinge area.
I felt very comfortable and would not hesitate to bring my car back for service.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had a problem after I leave the location with the vehicle and was told to return it the next morning. It didn't take long for the problem to be resolved. Thanks to all.

My wife and I bought a car from south shore Kia. It had a clean car fax and the pictures looked great with low miles. We drove that car as a rental before and knew what we were buying. The car wound up having marks all over the front bumper and a big dent with paint cracked off the front fender. The back fender was also popping out. All being cosmetic, we asked them to fix them all since we bought the car for a new price. It also only came with one key fob. To wrap up the story we went there to get the loaner, then told it wasn’t ready so we had to go back home. Then we came again and left the car for a few weeks and time and time again they kept bringing us back only completing small portions of what we asked. Fender was fixed but no key or bumper. Bumper was fixed but still no key, ect. This went on for about 2 months. Finally we got the car back after getting the manager involved and the back bumper is still sticking out. We were simply fed up with dealing with them we decided to take our losses and have the car back.
The car also didn’t have the label on it and when asked to put that on they wanted to charge 100$ after paying 25k for the car. And it didn’t come with a pump for the tire. We had to tell them to get one. This place is an absolute nightmare. Buying the car itself took about 5 hours of waiting. And my wife’s credit score went down by about 50 points due to them repeatedly running credit checks. If you want a Kia. Go to a different dealer.

I needed a water pump, and it was installed for free under warranty, outside of my car was also washed. LuAnn from service was very helpful, and pleasurable, excellent worker made you feel at home.
