Just finished my laser sessions and it was amazing, definitely 10/10 results. Ann Marie and Jenna made the process even better!

AMAZING AND GLOWING…. That is exactly how I felt after leaving Ann Marie today. I had the hydra facial, and I cannot possibly put into words how my skin feels right now! When I walked outside and my face hit the fresh air, it felt like a peppermint you would eat after drinking a cup of coffee. Don’t wait to try this one of a kind facial!

AnnMarie is simply the best. I’ve been going to SkinJava for over a year now and every time I leave I couldn’t be happier. Her HydraFacials are amazing. I also started using her products and they have helped transform my skin. Not only does my skin feel so good but looks better than it ever has in years. AnnMarie takes her time with every service she gives and truly cares about her clients which I think is what separates her from other medical spas in the area and puts her in a class of her her own.
I sent my son to her for an acne facial before his prom and his skin has never looked better. I also recommended One of my clients to her and she was extremely happy with her IPL laser treatment. I can’t wait to try that next. I’ve been to many medical spas and SkinJava by far is one of the best and a must try!

This was the best experience I've had at a medspa! I felt at ease the entire time, relaxed, and loved every minute! Skinjava has a true spa like atmosphere from the moment you walk in, the ambience, aroma, and overall aesthetic of the facility is immaculate. I have never before seen such a clean facility. With that being said, my mom found skinjava online, when researching the BEST place for a facial and dermaplaning a few days before my wedding day. She hit the jackpot when she found skinjava! Reviews do not lie, they were fantastic! The team at skinjava are literal sweethearts and make you feel at home. I was nervous about getting a facial and dermaplaning so close to my wedding, but they made me feel at ease and assured me it would be the best decision yet.and they were right. My skin was glowing from the moment I left their spa, to the day of my wedding, and even now weeks later! I even used their own cleanser they sell at skinjava and my skin has not broken out even once since my facial. I highly recommend going to skinjava for all of your medspa needs. I already can't wait to go back for my next facial!:)

Edit: Beware FAKE reviews. I was confused as to why someone would be a regular customer at a SCAM establishment, and took another look at the reviews only to realize they were FAKE. Don't make the same mistake I did. Anyone who needs to buy tons of fake reviews should not be in business. Even funnier are the fake reviews to counter my bad experience at SkinJava. She has updated the website and my suspicions were correct. The facial I got is still listed as $200, yet after I received it she charged me and told me it was $245.

I received the hydrafacial which was very underwhelming. After the facial my pores were still visible and there was none of the glow that she had promised me. My pre and post skin transformation was not impressive.

For the entirety of the facial Anne Marie, the owner, was talking and boasting about her spa and skin line. Which wouldn’t have been as bothersome had the facial given me the results I expected. Instead of a relaxing and pampering experience, I was being advertised laser services and skin care products.

The day of my appointment I came in and was made to wait 30 minutes as she was still with another client.

On the website the Signature Hydrafacial is listed as $200, yet I was charged $245. I paid the total and then re-checked the website to confirm the $200 listing price. I then informed Anne Marie of the discrepancy. Her response is that the website had not been updated and that the current price is $245. However, she would refund me for the misunderstanding. Except, I find this hard to believe as their MD HydraFacial which is a more extensive and double the time is also listed as $245. Odd.

Given the subpar results my sister who had a hydrafacial scheduled with Anne Marie for the following week cancelled and made an appointment at Farida Studio. When she come out of her facial she had the hydrafacial “glow” I was expecting. I was also surprised to hear how much more Farida’s facial covered. She actually steamed my sisters face, exfoliated it, did a peel mask, and performed all hydrafacial steps, did a round of hand extractions, red light therapy, and cold stone therapy. All of the additional steps really showed in her fresh and brightened face after the facial. They were also professional and relaxing. My mom was so impressed she booked with them the next day, and also had a great facial and results. The best part is that this facial is only $210, compared to SkinJava’s $245. Highly recommend Farida Salon, as it will be my go to facial spa.

At Skin Java the facial was spent with derma-planing followed by the hydrafacial steps and that was really it. Overall, too stressful and overpriced.

I may be showing my age, but this is the “Cheers”’ of five star spas - where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came! But seriously now, Ann Marie is first class at all things skincare and laser and is a joy to hang with during procedures. Jenna (front desk) is so helpful, professional and accommodating and makes the experience so smooth. Ali, the plastic surgery nurse practitioner extraordinaire, is so good at injectables (no one is looking like Cat Lady with her skilled hands) and is also a wonderful person. This is the kind of place you don’t want to tell everyone about but had to make an exception for my bestie from NYC who comes over on the train to partake of this gem of a place too. And that’s not for lack of options in NYC. Run don’t walk to Skinjava and surrender yourself to Ann Marie’s first class treatments and suggestions.

Skinjava cares for you like family. I can’t say enough good things—oh yes I CAN—about my wonderful experience with Ann Marie, Ali and Jenna. How lucky I feel choosing experts that understand what a big deal it is for me to take this step in self-care. I am low-maintenance, simple and natural—all I wanted was to have some help bringing back what was hidden by years of neglect and, let’s face it, time. Ali and Ann Marie ensured that I was well educated on the process, both preparation and post-care. They did not force me into a procedure, they did not rush me through the procedures, and were so attentive post-procedure that I felt like my sisters were following up on me! Jenna scheduled and coordinated my appointment like a true professional. I need someone who can keep me on track and she did. These are beautiful ladies who want to share their knowledge and expertise with others looking to feel good about themselves every day. Thank you Skinjava team; I love you all! See you in 2 weeks!

Absolutely loved my experience at Skin Java and I am super sad at moving out of state leaving my favorite aesthetician behind. I found about the place while trying to find a Groupon and noticing only good reviews. Ann Marie’s exemplary bedside manner, skill, and honest recommendations made my first time laser hair removal and facial services smooth and satisfying. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and will happily recommend her to anyone else as well. She also has a super uplifting and happy atmosphere in her clinic with extremely kind staff. I am very grateful to her for making me less skeptical about trying new skin care ventures!

For Mother's Day my daughter had gifted me a Hydrafacial at the spa. I have to say from the moment we walked in to leaving everything was phenomenal. Ann Marie is very knowledgeable and friendly. The spa itself is very cozy and warm. She really took her time with the facial and explained everything very well. My skin was glowing afterwards- I felt so refreshed! I really needed this after so much dirt buildup. I recommend this spa to anyone or even if it's your first time! Thank you so much Ann Marie!

Ann Marie is the absolute best! She’s an expert in her craft and her passion for skincare shines through her. I brought in my mom for a Hydrafacial as a Mother’s Day gift and the results were fantastic! I really wanted to make her first experience special and everything was more than what I anticipated. I didn’t think there was any hope for my inherited (extreme) eye bags, eye dark circles, and horrible sunspots.

HOWEVER, Ann Marie is a miracle worker who really-really cares about her work and listens to your needs. As an Asian- American person, RF and IPL with the wrong type of equipment can be disappointing. With the correct - top of the line machine and EXPERIENCED Medical Esthetician - who knows what she is doing, there is hope. I am living proof.

Skin Java is the most incredibel Medical Spa. Ann Marie truly cares about her clients, and especially the results. She wants her clients to feel good about themselves. She removed a sun spot on the tip of my nose, and two under my eye. I feel alive.

I also did the treatment VFR skin correction and perfection. I had acne for years. Even though it cleared up my acne. I still had holes on my face and my pores were huge. I got the treament done last night and my pores are already smaller and I look incredible.

I originally found SkinJava on a whim and made an appointment for a hydrafacial. Not only was it the best facial I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot from different spas, medical spas, and dermatologists offices), but also AnnMarie is SO knowledgeable about skin that she completely personalized the treatment I received to my skin concerns. This isn’t some “ala carte” place; AnnMarie and her team customize each treatment to your own unique needs. Somehow, even though I had just met her, I felt like we were best friends and trusted her completely. I had such a great experience that just 3 days later I went back to get laser hair removal. Let me preface with the fact that I’ve had a failed attempt at LHR (after 10 sessions) in the past from a spa in Manhattan - not only did I not get lasting results from that, it was also SUPER painful (that rubber band sensation you always hear about). The technology AnnMarie uses is so advanced that during these sessions I honestly felt ZERO pain and dare I say it was actually quite relaxing. I would describe it as more of a warming sensation with occasional pokes to the likeness of a fork VERY gently brushing against your skin. Since this was my first treatment, I can’t yet speak to the results but considering the trust I already have in AnnMarie and all the amazing reviews and results her customers have seen to date, I have no doubt that they’ll be amazing. Thank you AnnMarie (and Jenna!) for creating such a welcoming space that wholeheartedly cares for each and every person walking through the door, on both a personal and professional level.
