This was my second time hiring Mr. Gilman for two very different issues.
One was a criminal defense case and the other was for a negligence issue.
On both matters Mr. Gilman was patient and obtained winning results for me and my family.

I called Simon and Gilman's office for a consultation on a car accident where the person at fault left the scene of the accident. While we were not able to work together they took the time to provide information and recommendations. They were patient and knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated the time that they took to listen, ask questions, and provide guidance. While we were not able to work together, given my experience (especially in comparison to other law firms I called), I would recommend and should I need similar services would call again.

I needed some assistance with a foreign probate of a will. I was at a loss for whom to contact. The Simon & Gilman website offered free advice. I spoke with Barry Gilman; wow I was so nervous. Simon is one of the worst attorneys I’ve ever come across. Rude to everyone and unprofessional. Barely has patients for his clients which are PAYING him. Keith has always been one of the honest ones. Very honest and respectful- while consultations may be free, the advise provided showed how honest and down to earth they are. I was walked through step by step the actions they would would provide, but respectfully stated these are items we can handle without having to “hire a lawyer” and stated if any concerns or issues come up that they will be there for us to hire and lean on.
