We had a mystery sound from the underframe area. The technician performed full diagnostics on the rear differential, as well as checked front end components, stabilizers, & other body connections for a price way less than expected! We had TWO experiences this week alone with Simmons Rockwell Nissan of Hornell. On Monday, my husband's Altima had an oil change, tire rotation, top-off the fluids. Superb! On Wednesday, we traded in our Rogue and bought a new one. The hometown service was top notch! This is our 3rd Nissan purchased at Simmons Rockwell of Hornell. We really love it there. I needed to get snow tires and from the ordering of the tires to making the appointment to installation everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Service manager notified me of needing new rear brakes and had parts on hand and able to replace rear brakes without having to come back for a separate appointment.
