Silver Mirror Facial Bar - Upper East Side

I’ve had facials before at cheaper spots and sometimes you really get what you pay for. Silver mirror is more of a splurge, but you can feel the difference in customer service. I went for a facial and hydrodermabrasion, with my first esthetician’s guidance, we opted for dermabrasion instead. It was a good first experience, but she pushed a little too hard with extractions, leaving some darker marks and scabbing. She was very kind but did not provide a ton of reassurance post treatment. I was initially worried about hyperpigmentation, but when I called the location, my mind was put at ease. Shoutout to the lead, Priest, who left me a reassuring message with aftercare recommendations. He even provided a complimentary calming treatment to make sure my skin was set right after the initial facial, and a goodie bag of products to try and see if I liked. This extra mile customer service really made me feel taken care of, and I look forward to coming back!
