Low rating purely because of the call service. Always very irritated managers, they communicate rudely, as if they are doing a favor, and not providing a service for money.
At the same time, the cars are always clean, the drivers are mostly pleasant. Prices are affordable.

The most unreliable car service. Called and booked a car in advance, double checked as i was going to the airport to make sure car is booked. In the morning called and was advised that my booking is not in the system and they have no cars, also was harassed by the customer service representative, very unprofessional and extremely rude. Definitely do not recommend.
