Walked into Sephora at Eastview Mall not my usual Sephora and asked for a particular product and the clerk who obviously was trying to conserve calories and not move just stood there and pointed to where it should be so happy for the courteous attentive assistance. I left the store immediately. You can rest assured I will never go to this Sephora again the Webster Sephora is the only Sephora.

I called the pittsford Victor store to inquire about a product. The staff who answered she said no, they did not have the product in the store. After telling the staff member, online stated the product was at your store. She then asked for the name of the product I was looking for. That means she was telling me no just to get me off the phone. Rude!

Was offered a facial! So nice. Tons of products and plenty of helpful knowledgeable staff. Lots of fun!

Usually I love this Victor store at Eastview mall and I have a great experience. However two staff members were very off putting and one answered my question with her back turned to me and seemed very bothered when I asked them a question. I was there with my kids and I was probably a little distracted by them, but I like to think I am overly respectful when asking questions to any employees. I don’t expect any special treatment anywhere I go but I also don’t expect to leave my typically fun moment for myself feeling put down. This poor attitude was not the same for everyone at the store. One woman was very kind and personable and was the reason I bought an out of stock foundation online!

This store was clean, and it was easy to find products. While I was in line, and it was my turn to check out, the salesperson turned and acted as though I was not there. After saying, "Excuse me, may I check out now? " The person was not happy, maybe she had a bad day, but it made me think I'll order online next time.

Personally I really enjoy this location. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. They're not judgy and make it a really welcoming place for both experienced and inexperienced people. They have a ton of great products and a huge selection of skincare and makeup regardless of your gender expression. Anytime I have questions they always either have an answer or if they don't know, aren't afraid to ask one of their fellow associates for an opinion or answer. They'll tell you if they don't know something too which is a breath of fresh air in these type of stores instead of just making something up. That makes me keep coming back again and again. Fantastic staff and fantastic store!

I purchased a very expensive eye brow pencil for 24.00. After 2 months the pencil broke of the unit. The company will do nothing about it. Very disappointing. Never shop there again. I'll be going to Ulta next time.

Very safe experience, the store associates retrieved our requested items and we used contactless checkout and we were on our way!

I just wanted to thank Raina (not sure how to spell it) and the other ladies who helped my mom and I there when we visited for her birthday, specifically Raina who helped my mom not only find everything she needed, helped her pick a birthday gift, but also gave her some advice on places to go to get her eyebrows done!
