Great place. I love it here and especially getting waxed by joti and her sister as well. Everyone is always so kind and professional and patient. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Joti and her sister Avi for my eyebrow threading and Brazilian wax for over 5 years. Waxing is not the most pleasant process, but they do it swiftly!

I have years doing my eyebrows with Jotti, but For the past 3 months she’s been off. I have really thick eyebrows, I tell her just clean up and she ends up putting them thinner and messing off the shape. Last time going to her.

I regret coming to this nail salon. They didn’t know how to do nails and designs. Also what I didn’t like was that they needed to send a picture to their boss when she not working that day and to tell them how much does nails cost and they tell you the price the boss said. Mind you when they take the picture on their phone remembre that the nail would look big but in reality the nails are small and my nails were small and I needed to pay 90 dollars. I really regret coming here because when I go to another nail salons, I pay $60 or $55 guys I recommend you to go to this salon called Kimberly nail salon. That’s the name of the salon is two blocks away from there that’s the address 1253 St Nicholas Ave, New York, NY 10032.

Made a hair appointment the day before. Arrived at the salon and told them that I had an appointment and was asked to sit down. 25 minutes later, I was told that the person who does hair is not coming in, and was referred to another salon within the area. The people who asked me to sit down knew this, but did.not say anything. The person at the salon called before my arrival. Went to the other salon, which was two blocks away, and I was told to come back within a half an hour. Came back and was told that the lady who does hair is not available, although I saw the lady who was doing hair before I left sitting without a client. An hour and a half passed and no was was available to do my hair. Felt a lot of mixed emotions regarding how I was treated, as I have unrelated, natural kinky hair. A terrible experience that I will unfortunately remember.

I love it here. I always get my hair, nails, and feet done and they always do an excellent job with pretty and long lasting nails. The service here is a 10/10. I always feel relaxed every time I go and there’s good vibes all around.

The Services are complete and fantastic. I have been a client of Elvia for some time now because of the wonderful work she does with facials. She has taken the care and attention to detail to the next level by opening a full service salon and finding people with the same attention to detail in their craft. I am particular with my hair and usually afraid of new people dealing with me. Mary, one of the great hair stylists, listened to my concerns and what I wanted and delivered a great haircut. Days later my hair still looked good.
The girls doing manis & pedis also work with attention and care. Joti does wonders with eyebrows.
The Salon additionally offers others services in a safe, clean and hygienic environment. Great place to get pampered and conveniently located close to home.

So sad because it's a new place & they don't have any professionalism or proper customer service.
I called & asked if I could have an appointment in the next 30 minutes- they said yes so I decided to try this new place.
I got there at 5: 42 and was told to take a seat- that I will be taken care of shortly. Got my hair washed 35 minutes later- then was told to sit again. Another 30 minutes passed & no one took care of me. When I told the lady who told me it will only be a "short while" - that it has been a whole hour & I needed to get my hair blowdried soon because I was wasting too much time. She said something to the hair lady & spoke amongst themselves- the hair lady just shook her head and said "no, she had other people before me" & the lady just walked away didnt say anything to me. I just walked out with my hair wet. Never going back.

My service at this salon was excellent, the customer service was by far beyond what I expected especially at a new salon.
