Scrub Co Car Wash

Equipment failure, no attendant. Stopped for a quick wash before an appointment. After waiting 10 min for the car ahead of me to exit, and taking payment of course, the wash bay door would not open. No notification there was a problem, no attendant to resolve it. The sign simply said "wait". After 5 more mins of waiting, I finally called the number listed, and was told (not so nicely either) it was broken! To back up and get in line at another bay. Now in that next line there were two more washes ahead of me, so that took another 20 mins. No refund, no comp wash, no token for a future wash, nothing but 45 mins wasted and I missed my appointment. Lesson learned, dont go where there are not any employees working at the car wash. Won't ever use that place again.
