Although it took over a year to get the vehicle that I ordered, through no fault of Schultz, it's just the way the system is now.the experience at the dealership was fantastic. Roger was phenomenal on the day that I picked up my Maverick. Very laid back dealership, something that I am not used to. Usually they are trying to upsell various products and warranties but not here and that was very much appreciated. I traveled 60 mi from Connecticut to the dealership and I would do it again.

I had the best car buying experience of my life with Schultz. From the ease of placing my custom order, to helping me make sure I got the car I wanted, though the sale date, everything was perfect. No high pressure tactics for things I did not want, just great service to get me what I wanted.

I just purchased a 2022 Explorer XLT replacing a 2014 Explorer. This is my 5th Explorer since 1990. The sales person Nick Mazzara was amazing.professional, knowledgeable, organized. He did everything to make purchasing a new vehicle a very satisfying experience. When the new Explorer arrived he gave me a tutorial on the many new features and changes on the 2022 vehicle. He explained the push button start, touch screen, driver assist, rotary gear shift dial, android auto gps, pairing a mobile phone, instrument cluster, gauges etc. It was extremely comprehensive and informative. I was completely satisfied and prepared to drive my new Explorer. Thanks.

Always a pleasure to take my 2017 F-150 to the people at Schultz. I live 45 minutes away, across the Hudson River.tolls and all. Why should I be passing three other Ford dealers in my local Westchester County area? The reason is very simple: "They Speak Trucks". Not cars. Not foreign junk. Just trucks and they are excellent at this sole job.

First off I have to say every single person I’ve dealt with at this dealership has been honest and transparent, which is a breath of fresh air! I originally leased a vehicle here in 2019 Ford Escape with John Fastiggi and it was such a quick and smooth process. I had moved since then and my lease was up. I went into a local dealership to purchase the vehicle and had an AWFUL experience. If it were not for the saving grace of Brian and Tyler who I called to validate information I would’ve paid more than I had to due to some very deceitful and borderline criminal individuals at another dealership. I honestly am so grateful that Tyler and Brian were truthful and no non-sense. They would not allow another dealership to take advantage of me even though I was an out of state stranger and was of no benefit to them. For that I will sing their praises forevermore! THANK YOU!

Schultz Ford cleared up some of the many choices available for the Transit. I waited 6 months for this fully equipped but basic vehicle which I can modify myself. After driving it, I can say the wait was worth it. No pressure for an extended warranty. I will take care of that myself.

Dealership was excellent to deal with. We drove from 245 miles away. They were honest and had everything ready for us. Made the trip well worth it. I would definitely buy from them again.

Do not get services done here! I was charged $325 to run deep diagnostics to see what was wrong with my truck. They could not tell me what the problem was after 2 weeks. Ridiculous. Do not recommend ever.

The guys over at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw, especially Tyler Cueto (the sales manager), really go above and beyond for their customers. To start, my boyfriend owns his own business and also works a side job. We had made several appointments to get service done for his business van that had to be cancelled and rescheduled the day of due to unforeseen conflicts we had with the side job and they were always understanding and accommodating even though it was probably very frustrating.

THEN when we finally did make it in for service, they quickly provided my boyfriend with a rental for the day. When we returned the rental, my father accidentally left his cell phone inside it. This wasn’t realized until much later in the evening and when we made Tyler aware of this he personally waited, past business hours, to ensure that we got the phone back. He continued to call us and check in to make sure we were all on the same page for getting the phone and when he finally did leave (which I had to insist he did!) he wrapped the phone and clearly labeled it so that it wouldn’t be mistaken for trash or exposed to the elements.

Definitely going to be bringing more business to the guys over at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. They clearly care a lot about their customers and provide so much more than service.
