Schnipper's

We got delivery, and it showed up nice and hot. Delicious burgers, fries, and onion rings. My one complaint is that we asked for lots of extra ketchup on the side and mustard on one of the burgers. No mustard and 3 ketchup packets for 2 burgers, plus the fries and onion rings. The food was delicious, we just had to go hunting for ketchup and mustard.

The burger and fries are really tasty at Schippers - the question of whether the burger should be rare, medium or well speaks for itself - it still turned out well

Super creamy Mac and Cheese is really good! Very tasty and creamy, and it is served piping hot. We also got the Schnipper’s classic burger set, which comes with the fries and drinks.

Overall, a great fast food choice, though the portion size may be a bit small.

Place was super clean as well, with a lot of seating available. Staff was super friendly and helpful too! Great experience here

Restrooms were disgusting, tho.

I'm trying to understand why all these high ratings. It's just a fast food. Nothing special about it, except for the fries. They look more home made but that is all.

I was there because the review was good, indeed it is cheaper but no service or reduced to a minimum like at Mac Do, plastic cutlery, apart from that we ate well, for once in a very bright, if you want to eat a little cheaper this is the right place

I'm writing this review to warn other people about my experience at Schnipper's. I went to the restaurant yesterday and ordered the "The grain green bowl" with grilled chicken. The food tasted fine at the time, but the next night I started to feel nauseous, vomited, and had diarrhea. I'm not sure if I got sick from the food at Schnipper's, but I'm concerned that others might have the same experience.

I'm not trying to harm anyone, but I want to highlight this issue so that Schnipper's can take steps to prevent other people from getting sick.

Good place to eat near Times Square. Canteen style restaurant with quick service. The salads, fried chicken and sweet potatoes fries were great. Price is reasonable.

The food and staff are great (especially check out the burgers!) however the manager seems to act rude and unprofessional towards her employees.

Great location, decent food, overpriced and sub par service. Staff was not welcoming, their order readiness trackers don't work, basic orders took a while and outside area was unkept.

Nice! Flavor is good and location is also very good, is inside the new York times building right in front of port authority station. Average cost P/P is 20 dollars. They offer salads, chicken fingers, burgers, fries and similar.

This place is very satisfying. I had the (not so) impossible burger, and charred broccoli. It was super delicious. The other person had the old fashioned Combo and he said it was soooooo good. It’s also in a convenient location so great for lunch.

Awful, awful, awful. Ordered delivery for lunch, took over an hour for the restaurant to get the food less than half a mile. Chili dog was ice cold and not very good, brie chicken sandwich tasted like grill dirt, spicy chicken sandwich was two tenders with a little Mayo scooped in the center instead of being spread on the bun. I guess the corn was worth a star, thankfully they didn't manage to screw that up. I'll never order from this location again, look elsewhere for a good sandwich.

Solid burger and fries place with clean and spacious interior.
Got the Big Schnipp burger with cheese fries. Although both were nice and good for a quick bite, there was nothing unique about the burger or the fries to write home about. With both beef patties extremely juicy and tender, it was difficult to hold everything together, but definitely worth digging in.   They could've done a better job with the veggie portions as I could barely taste the tomato and the onions, but otherwise it was a solid burger. Cheese fries were somewhat similar to animal fries from In N Out without the bacon.

I LOVE Schnippers! Everytime I visit I am greeted with the greatest hospitality and service. Their food is so delicious, I have a crush on their tuna melt and sweet potato fries. I have never had a bad experience there and am waiting to go back to try more items on the menu. It's a great spot for lunch, dinner, quick bite, or after work snack. The double burger was disappointing. Too greasy with a soggy bun. It ate too messy.

They say at the register they will bring your food out to you but then they don’t. Think on that one lol.

The tables have nfc tags of menus programmed into them which is kinda cool but kinda annoying since you can’t set down your phone without getting a notification again and again.

Clean, follows protocols, really good salads and "fast food" choices: hamburgers, hotdogs, Mac and cheese.all with that extra something!

Very solid! Chicken was great and the dipping sauces were solid. Will be coming here more often. Solid mac and cheese too

Nothing special. Chicken tenders lacked seasoning. Thankfully they had sauces to add your own. Burger isn’t bad, just average, why the average stars.
Good option if you can’t find anything else. Prices are reasonable for nyc.
The skinny girl in the group said the salad was pretty good. She’s skinny so don’t take her word for it, she eats salad.
They were out of onion rings and Mac and cheese at peak lunch hour. Seemed to use a lot of frozen products that get fried.

Covid as a reason for not having product is fine, but remove it from the menu when it's not available.

Quick and easy fast casual spot for American fare. Got the chicken tenders and a purple cow all of which was gluten free. If you’re a celiac looking for some quick fare near Times Square or port authority you’re in luck. Just don’t get the honey mustard it’s the only sauce that isn’t gluten free.

Burgers had amazing flavor, chicken tenders made to order and extremely hot with great taste. Would say it is a for sure place to stop and eat when in the area.

Excellent burgers and fries. Love the glass walls allowing you to people watch, which in NYC, there is always plenty to see. Spend the extra money and sub out the regular fries with sweet potato fries. The regular fries are great but the sweet potato ones also come with a maple syrup sauce that is too die for!

Paid $16 for a burger and fries, but no free water “because of covid. ” In August 2021. But the soda fountains were totally ok? I ended up just filling up from the sink, NYC tap water is tasty af.

Nice atmosphere for this part of town tho, and I appreciate the Impossible option.

Ordered online for pickup to save time. Food was real tasty. Arrived to pick up and found out they'd lost my order, so no time was saved. Ordering online signed me up for their mailing list and I have a lot of undesired email from them.
