Jennifer is an absolute delight, with a fun bubbly personality and masterful hands. Before coming to Phoenix salon I did some serious research, reading reviews of many salons and checking out social feeds of different hairstylists to see their work.
The salon has a welcoming upbeat vibe, the team is super friendly and you can just tell they are like family to each other. Overall a pleasant atmosphere and a professional crew, engaging with clients and offering a great service.
Jennifer has an impressive body of work on IG and I couldn't wait to get in her chair. She is quite busy so took time to get a booking. I have a particular style for my long hair, Jennifer gladly listened to what I am looking to get done and delivered an excellent quality haircut, exactly what I wanted.
I've had many stylists but rarely got the exact cut I asked for. Jennifer however delivered perfection.
