I went to salon evolution last Sunday to get highlights plus color of my choice and my mom got single process color to cover her grey. Fast forward I specifically told my stylist I wanted gold brown color for my highlights. I don't know what color she used or didn't use because my hair half dark blonde and half light blonde with only 1 -2 strands medium golden brown. My mom wanted chocolate color for her hair but her stylist said it won't color because my mom has been using box dye from store for a long time so she settled with light mocha color. Tuesday my mom washed her hair out and saw her roots were turning grey. I called the salon and they told me to come in on Mothers day and they will fix it. Once we got there, my moms stylist said that my moms roots were growing and she can't color it again because my mom has thick hair and a lot of color was used the first time.when asked about the mocha brown color (which looks completely black btw) she said that my mom came in the first time with dark roots and red strands (ok, your point? She is paying you to color a certain color, its your job to listen) anyway all my mom got was sorry there is nothing we can do. ME on the other hand my stylist said that she was willing to glaze my hair the color I wanted for an extra $65 because I have a lot of hair? Like are you for real? When I first told you last Sunday that U wanted medium golden brown then why do blonde?

overall I am disappointed, they made the mistake and they need to correct it since we paid over $350 total for both services. We will never go back to them again. At least be professional and correct the mistakes you made.wasted half of our mothers day. Im sure they were in a hurry to leave.but Im disappointed, for the price we paid, both of us aren't satisfied. I recommend you all to look else where.

My hair is still dark and light blonde with2 strands of brown
My moms roots are grey, and the stylist said my moms new roots are growing from her scalp when that's not possible because when she used box dye no new roots grew.like make it make sense.

Soooooooo happy I took a chance on this place!

I made the stupid mistake of cutting my own hair and somehow completely butchered it. I was freaked out and embarrassed, but too broke to entertain going to get it fixed. Then I remembered I had a sizable Groupon credit! Hooray!

Well I bought, then canceled, 2 other salon’s deals before this, after calling to make an appointment and both times having really bad service. Not a good sign! So I was really nervous about going here after all that. But as soon as I met my stylist, Jenny, I knew I was in good hands! She was so sweet; totally didn’t judge me for my horrible chop job which I absolutely appreciated.

The salon was beautiful, clean and everyone very friendly. And now, I absolutely LOVE MY HAIR! Jenny is a miracle worker between the cut to work with/fix my ill-attempted “layering” cut I’d given myself and the stunningly gorgeous highlights she created. I’m so pleased and will 1000% be going back!
