It was my first time at this location. The manager was so pleasant & answered my questions which were many. His recommendations were spot on. I'm giving him 10/10. It was a pleasure doing business & I hope to return another time.

Ive never had a problem I feel bad that 1000 Karen's give this place a bad review not like its lowes

I went into the store a week ago with my sister in law and the manager was extremely rude. She seemed not at all like she wanted to help us.not to mention she had horrible discolored hair yellow and red. I asked her a question about color and she kept telling me that she knows what she was talking about as she is a cosmetologist. She also gave me a hard time when it came to return policy’s if the color did not work out properly. I’ve been to many stores and they usually always specify returns are very considerable based on how you like the outcome of your product. She also was talking down to one of her employees that actually seemed like she knew more than her. I will not be coming back to this location until a new manager is in place.shameful as it is my closest location. I remember the manager being an employee at Kingston

Went in a month ago nice area cute little strip mall clean store but very bare on products. I am a nail artist and travel to do nails for shows, i went in for my usual acrylic powder and they were out of stock. Spoke to a woman who had yellow hair in front, i asked if there were other sallys carrying it around the area and she rudely said “if i don’t have it other stores don’t have it either”
I looked around until another kind employee came up to me and asked if i needed any help and i said to her that i was looking for my normal acrylic powder and told her i had a show i was going to and i needed to leave with something comparable. She was very interested in helping and i ended up buying a beauty secret brand powder in the same color i was looking for. The lady with the yellow hair cashed me out and badgered me for a credit card and was VERY rude.
Felt bad leaving the nice helpful girl there with her!

Does not keep a very large quantity of supplies in stock went in for three items only had two of them and only had one of each.
