We went for my birthday dinner and the place was great. Food was delicious, the staff was amazing, and we got to go to the Speakeasy afterwards.

My fiance and I went to SAINT last night for a date night and I will definetly be returning. The ambiance was perfection, the cocktails were unique and delicious and the food was outstanding! This will be my new go to stop in the city! The tuna crudo and the black truffle burrata are a MUST!

Such a nice spot for drinks and dinner. The food is amazing! Also, rare and appreciated in NY, you can hear your guests talk! The atmosphere is so special and intimate, while lively. The manager is too!

This place was…. Genuinely subpar. It seemed like it’d be good the restaurant itself is huge and seems vibey, odd 2010s music selection though.

The cocktails were so sweet. My friend and I got Negronis that had to be sent back. And my other friend got a drink she didn’t order, the waiter chose for her lol. Pasta was a bit bland, and the meatballs were fully raw. They recooked it for us but the consistency was mushy and off:/ won’t be back again

I have never been more upset by the service, quality, and value of a restaurant in my entire life. It really did not give anything at all. This place is a tourist trap designed to drain wallets and disturb stomachs.

We were served raw meatballs, fries coated in preground pepper, overcooked pasta/shrimp, underdressed salad, and 6 slivers of soy sauce soaked squash ($15, <200g). I wouldn’t recommend any of it.

Our waiter was… out of it. We asked for our drinks, food, and water many many times over.

The cherry on the top was the 3.95% fee they tack onto all bills paid by credit card… as if you’re expected to carry $600 cash to pay for you and your tables food. The owner claims in his review responses that this is the new normal. I’m here to tell him, “no it’s not. ”

Paige Concepts, shame on you. You don’t care about the culinary arts and you surely don’t care about the guest experience, you care about your bottom line.

Honestly this is a horrible place. The glassware was dirty and sticky. The food portions are way too small and everything is vastly overpriced. The chicken came with 2 little pieces of chicken and all salad. I have been to many dining places of similar status and food and this is not worth the hype. In addition, I was with a group of 7 and they stuck us in a little booth and not everyone was able to fit. We asked for the bigger booth or to even add more seats/ table to no avail. So we had to sit on top of each other and we even spilled onto the table next to us because there was no space. We went at 9pm so pretty late at night. The only redeeming quality and reason I give this a 1 is because I like the meatballs and the salads. But I felt grossed out because the dishes and glasses were dirty.

Wouldn’t return. Food is just ok. Came out cold. Small portions. Service unorganised. The most annoying thing was the lighting or lack of it. It’s not just a bar, it’s a restaurant too and you literally cannot see anything you’re eating. It’s insane. Full of gen-z’s…

They charge you a 3.95% fee for using a credit card which was not explicitly advertised until I reviewed my customer copy bill at home. This seems like an oddly predatory practice. Not that this amounts to a significant $ but it should be clear in the beginning.

We hosted our firm's holiday party at Saint NY. It was such a great venue and our guests had a wonderful time. Melissa was very helpful and easy to work with. We appreciate the hospitality and efficiency that Shaun, Melissa, and the whole team showed us. Looking forward to hosting more events here in the future!

Great service and great ambience, but the food was all a disappointment except the fried artichokes. Recommended meatballs were very meh, came out cold. Was shocked by the size of the oysters served considering the price. Cocktails were great.

Very disappointed. We made reservations in the new year, but they were cancelled due to a private event. That's fine, but then they rebooked us during a time the restaurant wasn't open - we showed up and everything was closed. We contacted the manager who said it was a mistake and offered to get back to us on another time, but then never got back to us. Very poor service and a huge waste of time.

Just had a meal off the restaurant week menu. First visit and we were very impressed by the service and quality of food. The waiter, Jean-Claude, had to attend all 6 tables on his own, yet was extremely pleasant and upbeat and efficient. The food was very good and the ambience was attractive and not too noisy. The music was a bit loud when we arrived, but upon request they immediiately lowered the volume. The meal was served in a very timely way and overall it was an excellent experience.

This was a terrible meal. The ambiance was fun- great music- and the service was good, but the food was just bad. We ordered the mezze platter which came with a few dips and they served it with lays potato chips…. The fried artichokes were so burned from the fryer they hurt to swallow and they just tasted like saturated oil. The tomato carpaccio was literally just a flavorless sliced tomato with Kraft like Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and very dry. Lastly we order the pasta, which was mediocre- lacked any real flavor- but came out luke warm. This place isn’t inexpensive so I expected more. Do not waste your money coming here. They are trying to be a trendy new dining experience, but are missing the key driver- good food.

We went here for NYE and it was a total waste. The way they had tickets advertised did match the access we were granted. We tried talking to event staff just to see what happened and if there was a way to get VIP access (we were all happy to pay), customer service was sub par. We were told there would be a live DJ passed food and a dance floor. All we had access to was the up stairs bar.

Skip this one…. Came with a small group this weekend for a birthday and the service was so horrible.waiting 20+ minutes whenever we ordered a drink.we ordered a bunch of starters since there were 7 of us and everything came out at different times.they brought out one dozen oyster which we finished literally in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later they brought the other dozen and some more starters which were pretty meh.the entrees were disappointing.we did our research earlier and were excited after all of the pictures we saw, but none of our plates looked like the pictures.a few of us got the steak with string beans and crushed almonds- not a single almond was seen at our table or the sauce it should have brought.my steak had to be made again bc it was brought out well done instead of medium.the second one came out medium well but at this point everyone had eaten so i just accepted it and chugged some water after every bite.after dinner we ordered one more round of drinks and believe it or not, they never came.finally we asked them to forget about the drinks and bring the check.now remember we were here for a birthday… the check included a chocolate cake none of us ordered.he claimed it was meant to be a surprise but it never came out.honestly an annoying night over all and i wish it had just ended there, but 3 days later i realized that they charged my card twice for two different amounts totaling almost $300…. Thanks kelvin.i disputed it with my bank and hope i never have to think of this place again.kinda wish we’d gone to the dallas bbq next door instead.at least we would’ve known what to expect and not be disappointed.

The atmosphere here is really fun. The serpent drink was amazing and strong. The food was fine, I don't think any of us were blown away by any of the dishes. We got the brisket burger which comes with chips, and the other girls got pasta. Sergio and a guy who was at his 2nd day on the job were very kind to us and brought some free shots and yummy chocolate cake for my friend's birthday. Downsides- service was a bit slow and we had to ask multiple times for a second basket of bread. Note that we were a group of five and each basket had 2 long pieces of bread. Also, they don't have fries of any kind, just mashed potatoes, for those looking for fried food lol. The menu gets switched up every so often. Bathroom is downstairs and there is a bar also downstairs and a separate area for bottle service.

This place is amazing! I loved the atmosphere, extremely friendly service and most of all the food! The steak was one of the best I've ever had in my life! Very tender and flavourful. I can't wait to go back and try some more things. They also have a club/ lounge downstairs. We had a great time!

Food is solid but the cocktail is amazing, especially the Holy Water! The service could be improved though. We felt like we were constantly being asked if the plates or glasses can be taken away by multiple different waiters.

I had always walked past and wondered what was inside, and I’m SO glad I took a chance and hosted a large birthday dinner here! The process of booking was super easy - my dinner was considered an ‘event’ so the menu was prix fixe. All the selections were delicious (and I mean EVERYTHING was good), and they were able to accommodate allergies and a vegan guest. Our server was super friendly and attentive, along with the other people dotted around who would bring drinks and extras chips and silverware, etc. The restaurant itself is really gorgeous, with chandeliers, exposed brick, and tall ceilings. Great experience, and would definitely recommend visiting this place!

The redeeming quality here was the wait staff. Majority of the party (4 out of 5 people) arrived on time to the restaurant and were told to wait at the bar for their other guest as we went to the hostesses once all guests arrived they said they had a strict 15minute rule and the table was given up. No where on the booking or when majority of the party arrived was this told to us until it was too late. We were sat outside as we stared at a table for 6 remain open inside for 1 hour. Our first round of drinks took about 45mins to arrive and our appetizers also took another 45mins and basically arrived when all our other food did. It was a disappointing experience.

Beautiful place great food great drinks but…. The place is way to hot! The A/c apparently was on max. All six of us where sweating. So it was not enjoyable
I will however return in the late fall when the A/c can accommodate the space

Came here for first time on a date with my girlfriend. The food was above my expectations and the whole aesthetic of the venue is beautiful. The servers knew the menu to the tee and drinks were amazing. Manager dave was beyond welcoming and even showed us their lounge downstairs which is open for late night. Will definitely return!
