I was quite amazed by the size of the short rib. $20 for a bowl of pho is not cheap, but in this case it is definitely worth it. The meat was tender and the soup was flavorful. My wife ordered rare beef and meatball she was quite happy with it too.

This is a goto restaurant for me and my wife. Quality Vietnamese foor for a reasonable price.

Before 2023. Great pho, papaya salad and dumpling soup. Have been eating here the past 3 summers/fall and will continue to do so. Friendly efficient service too. Enjoy!

Update August 2023.
My favorite pho has changed. The last 2 times I ordered the thai chin pho, the broth had so much cinnamon and perhaps other spices it completely overwhelmed the beef flavor. I have enjoyed the pho here for the last 3-4 years and am very disappointed it has changed so much. I told one of the servers last visit, I truly hope they fix this. The green papaya salad dressing has also changed with more fish sauce than before. It too was much better. Will try one more time and if the same I will need to find another pho place. Sad really.

Love this little vietnamese place. I am a regular at this spot. I always get either a fresh summer roll or crispy roll with shrimp and pork plus a bowl of pho tai which has thin sliced beef and I sometimes add tendon. I have been many times and have had the ribs which have a great sauce and there meals with rice or noodles without soup. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. They make all there food great.

This is by far, my favorite Pho spot in the capital region. This and Van’s. I live in Latham and this is the closest place to authentic, REAL, Vietnamese food. My only con is that they don’t carry hot chili oil. But I am hands down a BIG FAN. Love this place.

I don't want to exaggerate how good this establishment is, but food hits the spot, and bringing guests from outside the area (business travel) have never been unsatisfied.
. And I'm a rice noodle soup fan, and the other dishes are pretty great, too.k, I've said too much.

My son, his wife, and the grandkids kindly treated my wife and me to a dinner at this establishment. Today marked the inaugural visit for my wife and me at this restaurant, and it was truly exceptional. I savored the delectable SPICY LEMONGRASS BEEF paired with fragrant Jasmine rice. The flavors were exquisite, and the attentive staff catered to our every need. For anyone who adores tasty food, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Rest assured, we will be returning in the future. The food was incredibly delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture of it. My apologies!

This is my favorite, favorite restaurant. I drive 45 minutes one way almost every week to eat there. I’m boring and get the same meal every single time but my more adventurous husband almost loves their food. The atmosphere and people who work there are just as wonderful.

I get Pho-chin often here, the last year has been very good, however lately it’s gone downhill unfortunately, the slices of brisket are all fat, it used to fill a nice bowl I had and now it fills it halfway? The sauce they add are a tenth of what it was before. Too bad I loved going there

Saigon Spring was delicious! I was brought here by some friends who live locally and swear by it. They appear to know what they are talking about. The chicken wings I had were fantastic and the sauce for the wings was out of this world good. My main dish was a pork dish and they nailed it. Perfectly cooked with plenty of flavor. I also stole some bites of my friends dishes and I wouldn't hesitate to go family style to keep eating a little of everything. We went on a Friday evening and it was busy. Given how busy it was I was pleased with the speed of appetizers and main dishes coming out. A must try if you're in the area. Enjoy!

The food here is absolutely delicious! My husband had a fantastic lunch! The staff was amazing! We will definitely be back! Sooooo yummy!

Best pho in the area, they are not afraid of giving raw thin slice meat (what it should be), and their soup is excellent. My wife likes the stir fry noodle, my parents love their bbq pork, but in my opinion, their pho is their best dish. But skip the cold noodle dish.the noodle is. So so.

We dine here every two weeks as this is our favorite place for asian cuisine. I noticed their meat portions have gotten smaller. I will still eat there, though.

I usually order the phos here.today I decided to give the claypot chicken a try, although the flavor is pretty good however the portion is tiny, for $17 this is very very disappointing

Service was great, food was delicious! So fresh and cooked perfectly. My kids loved it. We had the cold rice vermocelli (pork, shrimp, chicken). Will definitely return!

This has been my go-to restaurant for the past five years. The food is top notch, service is just as good. Great vegan options.

Tried this place out for the first time with my mom after shopping and errands in Clifton Park. Service was prompt and friendly. It's always hard for me to give an accurate rating after just one visit. The food was very good, but I felt that the portions lacked in the protein department. I'm well aware like everyone else that the meat and food costs are extremely high right now. Nothing we ate blew my mind but it was definitely good food and I would absolutely try this place out again and will update my rating if need be.

Fresh and tasty just what we needed after a long way driving. Very good and satisfying medal. Our server was very nice.

Brought three kids, they were nervous not to see chicken fingers and burgers, but ended up loving the chicken curry, vermicelli noodles with pork and spicy beef salad. Delicious!

Food was good, but much like every Vietnamese restaurant I've been to so far in and around Albany it is for Americans. I ordered the bun bo hue and you can tell there's no shrimp paste or sate chilli. I asked the waiter for some and he was confused and said they didn't have any. Vietnamese coffee was at least authentic tasting. Spring rolls were good.

Flavorful and well executed gourmet dishes! Highly recommended though some servings are a little less for the price. Otherwise, a wonderful experience and treat to the palette!

Always good food. I got the Pho Bo and my fiancé got the chicken soup. As always the shrimp summer rolls are a must.

Excellent food. Lychee iced tea was awesome. Not too sweet, not too iced tea flavor. Just a perfect balance. Wonton soup was great as were the entrees. A very steady stream of people coming and going but seemed to always be near immediate seating

My family has been coming to this restaurant for years. We absolutely love the food and the speedy and very accurate service. We have noticed, however, that the protein portions in the dishes has substantially decreased, even after requesting extra protein for a surcharge. I would prefer a price increase over a decrease in the quality of the dining experience. Again, this is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the capital district and the food is delicious; I would just want to have the same amount of protein as in the past, even if it would require increasing the price a bit.

Every time I eat here the food and service is FANTASTIC. One of the best local restaurants in the area, highly recommended!

Very delicious food, great service, lots of delicious options and variety, and a great atmosphere! Couldn't ask for more!

We alter the curry order a bit and think its a 5 star dish by doing so.order extra hot and ask for additional veggies as a substitute for the potatoes. With that change, we think it is the best curry in the area. Lemon grass muscles were good as an app and the crispy chicken with ginger sauce was a good entree. They create good flavors.

My daughter and I ate here for a late lunch. This was my first time eating Vietnamese food. We had the chicken wings to start. They were perfectly cooked- hot crispy exterior juicy interior and served with a delicious siracha sauce. My daughter had grilled pork with rice. I had lychee ice tea which was really good. I ordered bon bo hue which is a spicy beef noodle soup and I was blown away by the flavors. Great portion and quality. The broth was spicy, which, I do like but it was a bit much spice if I took a large mouthful. The soup was a delicious and hearty meal. I will most definitely go back and I will have the bon bo hue again and can't wait to try some other menu items.
