Safelite Autoglass

If I could give this shop a zero, I would. My windshield was cracked from a flying object on August 13 and I scheduled a mobile appointment for August 19 through my insurance to get the windshield repaired. The appointment was scheduled for 8: 30am-1: 30pm window. I called around 1: 25pm and spoke to James and I was told I was still on schedule but after waiting till 3pm, I called my insurance just to find out I was cancelled as the part wasn’t available. No courtesy call from safelite to even let me know that. I rescheduled the appointment for August 22 for 1: 30-5: 30pm window. Spoke to Mike on August 21 to confirm. It was confirmed and I also received an email saying a tech will arrive. No show again. There is no explanation from their customer service as well. I was asked to reschedule again. The fact that these don’t even have the courtesy to let you know that they have problems with the part or the route tells me to stay away from them. I rather pay a little more for another shop than deal with this one.

Scheduled an appointment for an on site glass repair. 2 weeks ago. They rescheduled for the next day without notifying me. And cancelled the appointment on the next day at 12pm, without telling me. Spoke to Mike who is apparently the Shop Manager, who tells me that the reason the appointment was cancelled is because he felt this side window repair was better to be performed at the shop.
STAY away from this shop if you value your time.and your sanity, this guy thinks he is a brain surgeon.
