I recently had an unfortunate event happen to my 2015 mint condition Chevy Tahoes windshield, which was a very large crack occurring after being hit with a rock on the highway, but to offset this situation,
I had a very fortunate event at the Safelite location in Great Neck, New York.
First interaction was with the service writer Craig.
He was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
His customer service and demeanor is superb.
Second positive event was the technician Diego
who replaced my windshield and did the recalibration on my sensors.
All good to go.
