Brought my car in for a warranty appointment from a job done at a different Safelite. Ray was super helpful and got my problem diagnosed ASAP, even though I walked in without an appointment. Super friendly and would definitely recommend this location!

Safelite did a fantastic job on my cracked windshield. I used their mobile home service, in which they come directly to your house to fix your windshield. Andrew was my technician, and he was on time, respectful, a true professional, and he took much pride in his work. Will definitely recommend and use their services again should I ever need.

I've used these guys twice in one year rear window tree branch. Front windshield cracked by Rock. Very professional Ray the mechanic is the man!

They damaged the hood of my car while installing wiper blades. There is a specific way they need to be installed, but they didn't read the instructions conveniently located on the windshield or ask me. Instead they jammed the wiper arm upward and chipped the paint down to the bare metal on my 6 month old car. They didn't bother to inform me and now my hood is rusting.

Awesome Service! Another window repair shop down in NYC didn't do a good job after replacing the windshield and attaching the passenger side window molding. Safelite put the molding back the way it should've been done originally. They also repaired a rock chip in the windshield. I didn't think they would be able to repair it, but they did. Not noticeable at all. Thanks, Safelite in Chester, NY.

Professional and courteous staff. Replaced my windshield quickly and returned my car in neat clean condition.

I had to drive the car (2021 Corolla) we gave to our son from FL to NY where he is stationed. On the drive, a rock hit the window cracking it. Called my insurance company and they quickly booked an apt with Safelite.

I explained my son would be handling the apt as I will be back in FL. They treated my son with so much respect and quickly got him in and out. They recalibrated the camera and sensor in the window.

Their follow up was equally as polite and pleasant.

With five cars in the family I have gone to Safelite to repair auto glass at least 10 times in the last 15 years. Each time they did a great job and their installers were professional. I’ve never had a bad experience, as matter fact I’m about to call them again to replace my windshield.

I was warned about having satellite replace my windshield. I was told that they wouldn’t seal it properly and have come to find that true. Sometimes have to wipe moisture from the entire windshield very disappointed I paid this much for a mediocre job

I would like to give my opinion on work done by Frank. He was the tech who came to replace my windshield. It was done efficiently and he was very nice, He was on time and finished the work within a moderate amt of time. He explained there was a problem and that he did fix it proper, y. I am very happy with this service. Though it had to be done twice i feel this time it done correctly.
