I would rate this tow trucking company a 0. My eta for having my car tow was at 8: 15am I was schedule for 8: 30am. I have been waiting for 3 hours for someone to come. I’ve called the company numerous of times getting a reply that someone is 25 minutes away that was at 9am the driving calls me and tells me he’s 40 minutes away due to traffic and the rain. Okay no issue. It’s 10: 47 am and it’s been more than 40 minutes. When I call back they tell me the driver is on my street that was at 10: 05 am. The driver didn’t arrive till 11: 30am. Why lie about your eta? This is the worse.

Disgusting business practices! Needed a tow for our broken down car in Brooklyn. Less than 3 miles to the garage. $600! Absolutely criminal. They should be ashamed of themselves. Beware!
