Seriously disappointed. My husband was bypassed by several employees waiting by the chicks to purchase some, then was told by one employee he’d be helped shortly. He waited a total of 25 minutes, became very frustrated and left.

Love this place, didn't even mind the baby mouse that was playing hide and seek under the pallets

Was surprised with everything they had! Staff was very helpful, and Colleen (supervisor) was extremely helpful in helping me find and purchase the right product for my task at hand. I Cannot say enough good about how helpful she was, and I will definitely be returning now as she helped me find a few outdoor things my wife had been looking for that I didn't know they carried. I recommend this store

Rude, picked up chick's Friday evening had a chick pass this morning (not at all the fault of the store- it happens) called to see what the policy was (would have liked to get another chick tbh to replace the silkie that i lost) and the girl was snippy said I could get a refund and promptly hung up

Do not buy shoes here. If you wear them outside it’s basically a “you should have know better” policy. And the staff is super disrespectful started yelling at me that they were worn outside. Like lady if you don’t want to give me back my money you don’t have to throw a tantrum

One of my favorite places to go for hand tools and power tools. Their prices beat the competition around and they price match.

Absolutely wonderful store. Associates are knowledgeable, great selection, clean, neat, and fun to be there. Firearms are allowed in the store! You can also bring your pets there.

I love runnings. It's tractor supply plus the tool corral of home Depot, plus the clothes of gander mountain. And then some.

I love this place. Great bird seed deals, big bags of hot hands, pet supplies, decent and affordable work clothes, and seeing the animals keeps me coming back. I appreciate the friendly cashiers, and while the store is way more laid back than some other retail sites, it makes it less stressful to be there.

Don't buy any gas powered stuff The warranty is bad and all Coleman stuff don't last at all they are very understaffed I waited 45 min to have anyone come up to me when waiting to talk about Coleman go kart I bought that didn't work that day I bought it and they tried say they couldn't switch it out or return had talk to Coleman u buy any gas powered stuff they said soon as u walk out door if its broke can't switch or return have send out to fix even if its broke in box and I got a Coleman four wheeler that was junk from them your better off going to hebler's or something like you get a better warranty with them and product this was only problem I had with store the rest of store is good

Pretty expensive for a bunch of cowboy clothes. Everything seems to be high quality tho. Great tool selection.

You have to do your homework, shopping at Runnings, sometimes the prices are lower than other places, sometimes they are higher. My main reasons for shopping at Runnings are the fishing areas. I am often extremely frustrated as it seems they have no one dedicated to this department. Stuff is everywhere, no prices on stuff. Things not where they belong and oftentimes sitting in a bin on the floor.

Store has so much to offer, clothing, toys, pet supplies, tools, hunting and shooting supplies, home and farm supplies, automotive supplies and accessories, and more. Prices in general are average to low. If your going to look around, give yourself at least an hour.

60 days on returns. Dumb. Especially when you're still selling the item I'm trying to return

Super huge store! Has nearly everything your looking for from toys to clothes, pets, hunting, tools for home and garden and so much more!

Great selection of outdoor supplies and toys for the kids. They always seem to struggle with the amount of open registers.

Very open floor plan, well lighted, lady at service desk was very helpful.

I entered this store in order to buy a generator. I checked online to see if they had the item in stock and it indicated that they did. I went into the store and didn’t see the specific item so I asked a staff member. She had such a bad attitude and told me she was already doing three peoples job and a women down the way would assist me. I went to her and she said what you see is what you get. When I told her that I checked online and it indicated that they had the item in stock. She claimed that the web is invariably inaccurate. I will not be returning to this store because of my experience and how unkind all the employees were. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

Lots of good things to buy. Little expensive on some things. But over all very nice clean store.
