I sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to a department I called back and waiting another 10 minutes then I just ended up driving there to see if they had what I was looking for and they didn’t. Good store but they don’t answer the phone and there wasn’t one customer in the store

Didn't have any of their advertised specials even 2 nd day of sale. Very poor to attract people in with false sales. Obviously who ever is in charge of inventory needs to pay attention to upcoming flyers

They had what we were looking for as in work steel toe boots.and they also carried nuts and bolts which they had the deck nails that Lowes was out of.the isle is full with all sorts of parts.the lawn decorations so cute.very clean store. We found also cute funny birthday cards!

Staff is very knowledgeable there. John sundberg really knows his stuff! He can tell you just about where everything can be located or what certain things can be used for.

They have a huge variety of sports to automotive, clothing to fit any style. Best bet is to bring the family and explore. Car shows on Friday nights.

If you believe in protecting the United States Constitution and believe in upholding the 2nd amendment, shop in this store.

The manager, I believe, Larry Leiss? Walked me around the store to help me find everything I wanted. Huge help as I just had surgery Monday. Super service. I'm impressed. JERKY

Runnings has been around for a few years now. This store was a great addition to our area businesses. I have been shopping there for farm and home stuff and hunting and fishing gear since the first day they opened. They carry ALOT of products that no other stores carry! I product in particular is alpine touch its a line of seasonings.made in Montana and this store is the only place I know east of Minnesota that carries it!

They sell ATV'S without the certificate of origin making it impossible to register. After going through hoops to get a copy of it on my own through the manufacturer runnings makes it an issue signing it. All ATV's must be registered in NY state even if operated on private property. So if they can't legitimately sell atvs the correct and proper way then they shouldn't be selling them at all.

Mary Jo was exceptional in an exchange. She went above and beyond to help me figure it out!

Always can find the candy is loved as a kid. Check them out they have much more than candy

My favorite place for shopping for meat processing items. I have no problem passing Basspro Shop and driving 20 miles to Runnings store just to get what I need and be treated as a valued customer.

The store was clean and friendly staff. Went in for cowboy boots. The girl at the register wanted to explain the return policy on shoes but we had worn them and walked around the store so we did not listen to the speal. At least she was on top of her game and followed the employee rules.

Order a 1000 dollar item online for store pickup. Quantity of 3 availible. Call the store, well theres people ahead of you blah blah, we don't have it, even though we show 3 and well w'ell call you blah blah. Oh this was after calling another location driving an hour after being told there was three, and then getting told, oh they've been picked for online orders and I didn't see it.

Not been back here for a while. Great pet section and country food section with a lot of snack foods and the Ye Olde glass soda bottles you see at Cracker Barrel.

*Pup's Purina pro plan (small bags) was cheaper at Runnings by $3 compared to the local pet store.

I placed an online order to this store… said could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Fine. But I got an email saying it was there. I called to check and just like Tractor Supply they didn’t have all the bags…. I’m confused how this happens, but when I asked to cancel the girl on phone said ok and hung up…. I called back thinking I got disconnected and the same girl answered and said she had to take her break?

Don was a huge help in sporting goods! Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He went out of his way to help in a last minute purchase. Katelyn was very helpful in cashing me out! I will certainly shop here more often.and recommend you do also!

I could spend a fortune here. They carry a great selection of tools, and have many outdoor items. Clothing apparel, thermo (yeti) cup, and can thermo holders that keep your cans cold while you drink them. So many other items as well.

Great selection of products and the prices are decent. I'd give them a five if they actually had employees out, other than at the register.
