Update1: as I said in my initial post Mr. Rohzik must be a good lawyer because i felt he was unreachable. However,
I'm updating my post because I just got off the phone with him having a great conversation.

Update 2: Mr. Rohzik doesn't do landlord tenant issue at the moment yet refered me to a landlord/tenant specialist whom I spoke with yesterday.
