Highly unprofessional reception staff and customer service team. Was overcharged for a room and, even though the representative admitted that it was an overcharge, she told me to “take it up with them in court”.

Also, they only have a few hair dryers in the entire hotel. We were there for a wedding and nobody could track one down. The restaurant is very low quality, as others have pointed out.
