Rowland Street Garage

Had oil changed on Tuesday. They left my oil cap off. And I did not see a light come on till I was 45 min away. I called immediately as soon as I realized the cap was off. They WOULD NOT HELP ME on a Saturday. They told me I was out of luck on a Saturday as the “business closes down”. That they could not fix my car till Monday. Unbelievable. Will not be going there again. Tell your friends. I am a single woman and I am having to have my car towed all over Albany with no other vehicle. Poor poor customer service and negligent technical service. Hopefully my entire car is not ruined. If I could give negative stars I would
