Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Tried calling for emergency service repair and customer service representative did not follow up nor was willing to give answers regarding when a technician could come out even after stating it would be within the hour. (Then went on to say we don’t know when we can come out after 3 hours of waiting) Rude and unwilling to help / follow up
