Had a massive blockage in my main drain line that my contractor tried unsuccessfully to remove. He suggested I call Roto Rooter which I did this morning at 7am. They sent Miguel who was here less than 2 hrs later! Amazing response time! Miguel was very skilled at the job - which was not easy. Thanks to his many yrs experience, he knew exactly how to successfully clear the line! And as an aside, the organization as a whole was very responsive and accommodating when I misunderstood something with the pricing. I would strongly recommend them!

Had a leaky pipe in our home that we ended up having to shut off the water to the whole house. We called Roto Rooter and they sent Miguel who did an awesome job with everything. He was very honest about the work that would need to be done and thorough about any issues that may have led to some of the leaks giving us advice to remedy the situations. He replaced the leaky pipes quickly and carefully so we could have running water in our house again!

Joe did amazing work for us on short notice. Fully excavated a blocked pipe replaced and repaired and refilled the hole all before linch time. Amazing quick professional work

Issue is fixed the problem is that when they quote you it is a huge range and if your insurance does not want to cover it all your stuck with the remaining balance. Prices should be straight forward after inspection.

Called when I noticed water coming from the ceiling in the basement. Ernesto showed up very quickly. He was professional, explained everything to me along the way, and wouldn’t leave until he was sure the problem was solved. Made a point to clean up afterwards too. Definitely recommend them when you’re in a pinch.

Stay away from this company! They will try to sell you service that’s not needed. They all are independent contractors. Beware!

Awful and rude! We had a sewage blockage and spillage in our backyard-so when I called Roto Rooter- the woman I spoke to couldn’t quote me a price but assured me they would clean the mess up. A man came in a Roto Rooter van and refused to clean the spillage but called his friend to find out why he had a blockage. His friend came in his personal car and took his camera out and told us the roots from our neighbor’s tree was what was causing the blockage. We had to pay each of them separately for coming over. Not sure why we had to pay the man who came in his Roto Rooter van- we ended up cleaning the mess.
We asked for an invoice which both men refused to give. Man with camera told us he can fix the pipes with a 5 year warranty for a ridiculous price. Something about him did not sit well. He would not let us see the damage he was speaking off thru his camera, he would not give us an invoice and he was just plain rude. Both men spoke in their native language to each other and spoke to us in a condescending tone. Never will we use them again.
We found another licensed plumber who took his time to clean everything up- told us our pipes were facing a completely different direction than what the Roto Rooter guys claimed. Also quoted a price 70% less to fix the pipes. Don’t use Roto Rooter! It’s a scam.

A delightful tech - Dennis - came right on time and took care of a very clogged sewer line. He went above and beyond to be careful, neat and to clean things up for me. While not exactly the day I had planned, It was a pleasure doing business with RR and Dennis. Thank you Gents!

They rushed through the job without fixing it and asked for a lot of money to fix it. We used another vendor to do the job for 50% less and good work too.
