Ronnie's Towing and Recovery

On 1/10/24 my SUV ended up stuck, straddling a concrete parking lot divider. While winching it the front bumper started lifting up from the front due to a broken plastic pipe we didnt know was there, causing the quarter panel to bend into the door jam. All I could do was cry watching my once perfect SUV cringe up. Thank God Ronnie had integrity and also compassion because he not only did not charge me for the tow, he also directed me to B&P Collision where he is going to pay to get it fixed! ! It's so rare to find honest bussimen that are accountable and truly care about their customers!

Not only was he pleasant and affordable he responded in a prompt manner. Would definitely use again!

Slipped on some ice and smacked my tire into the wheel well at 11;30 the night before Christmas Eve. He started towing my car before midnight. Couldn’t thank him more, and couldn’t recommend him more. Looked underneath the car and gave me insight into what was wrong.

Called to jump my car and they were there within 15 minutes. The man was very nice and helpful and even gave me recommendations on where to go to get a new battery. Overall great experience!

Needed a lockout service for my car and used all of my free ones through AAA. They said they were going to charge $90 or $95 on the phone, so I called Ronnie's and not only did he do it cheaper than AAA would, but he was here within minutes when I would've had to wait an hour minimum with AAA! I can't begin to recommend this company enough for their quick and professional service

Thank God for Ronnie’s towing. My distraction due to mom in hospital made me click lights from auto to full on and after a long stressful day at St Elizabeth’s Hospital I found a dead car on the third level of the parking garage. The first road assist wanted 250 dollars and it would be 1-2 hours before they arrived. Ronnie switched over to his personal vehicle since tow truck was too high for the garage and had my car running within 25 min. He quickly and easily ran my credit card, sent me a receipt and had kind words for my mom. I was glad to pay that $100. He earned it. Thank Ronnie for making a terrible day better.

My car overheated on the highway and Ronnie personally answered the phone on the second ring, came out and was there within 15 minutes. Amazing and unexpected level of service for this area! Great conversation too, thanks Ronnie!

I was about to head out for work and then I locked my keys in my car, I was stressing because I didn’t want to be late but I called Ronnie he came within 10 minutes unlocked my car quicker than you can say “Ronnie’s towing and recovery”, hes the reason I got to work on time. I was grocery shopping when I accidentally locked me and my daughter out the car (mind you it’s winter and it’s cold) he came to me within 5 minutes (literally quicker then I could blink) he got me inside my car within 5 minutes as well he’s fast and efficient And well worth every dollar

I like to use local businesses as much as possible and this was not a disappointment at all. He was careful with the vehicle and the price was great. It’s rare to have honesty part of the business transaction, but he was helpful in my family getting our vehicle home and offered to be available if we needed it to go to the dealership. The maneuver he had to do to get the vehicle parked I honestly didn’t think he would get it…. HE NAILED IT.
