This was my first time getting a new (new to me) car with Rome Pre-owned. From the second I walked in I felt very welcomed by all the staff members. I test drove a car on a Wednesday and I picked up my new car less than a week later. Joe was my sales rep and he was very thorough and answered every little question I had. My husband needs a new car soon and we absolutely will be coming back here!

We made a smooth deal and we’re trading an older vehicle in. They were willing to take care of some small maintenance items without hesitation. I would have to say Rome pre-owned has the best selection of used cars in Rome New York hands down. He has a better selection than any of the new car dealers, and his prices are the most competitive in the state. If you're looking for a good car with no rust that runs great and will last then. You want to go to Rome pre-owned because they're gonna take care of you even after the sale. I've had many friends purchase vehicles from Rome pre-owned. I've never heard anybody say anything bad about him. I mean, look at the guy's reviews. Nobody has reviews like this that goes to show that. Rome pre-owned, does it right.

I wish I'd come here before going somewhere else! I was trying to sell my car through Kelley Blue Book and went to Driver's Village first. They took a lot of time to give me a low offer, and stalled for quite a while on paperwork. I went to Rome Auto Sales, they gave me a higher offer for my car, took care of paperwork, and cut a check all in less than an hour. Next time I'll go here first!

I've known of Jason's good reputation for year's selling car's and even know a lot of the happy customer's who've purchased car's from his as well. That's why when I was in need of a car, I already knew that I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my new ride. I'm so glad that I did. Anthony is so awesome and got me approved for my loan and in my new car so fast, my head is still spinning. I called him on a Friday and by Tuesday I was driving my new car home. The whole experience was so comfortable and exciting with no high pressure sale's tactic's and he answered all my question's and addressed all my concern's and I knew when I signed on the dotted line that I would be in good hand's. I even purchased the extended warranty that made me feel even more confident that I made the right choice to go to RPO. I bought the 2014 Acura MDX and I'm so impressed at how clean and new it is. It's like a brand new car and was so clean and detailed and even had a full tank of gas to ride around and fall even more in love with my new ride and get used to it. I had a nice experience at Rome Pre-Owned Auto Sales. I had a lot of questions and they were patient with me. Dan was very helpful throughout the whole process, and he made sure I knew all of my financial options.

My only complaint is I felt a little forced into a warranty. I never said I wanted one but it got put in with my paperwork anyways and it sounded like it was included with my car. It was actually $2,500 and they didn't even give me the whole packet to know what was included with it. I shouldn't have signed the paperwork for it but I wish there would have been more communication there.

This was my first time buying an expensive car so I didn't know what to expect. Overall, though they were very kind and patient.

Found a car online at Rome Pre-owned. The car was better than advertised. Anthony was a friendly knowledgable salesman. When I picked up the car they had all my registration and insuramce transfer taken care of for me. It was very convenient. The price was as good as anyone else's from Binghamton to the Canada border. And an added plus, their used car extended warranty was half the price of Honda's for a 3yr 36k mile warranty. I hope to be able to do business here again.

Got a Mitsubishi plug in hybrid from them with low miles end up being the best deal I could find on any plug in hybrid anywhere by far. They were also nice to deal with and didn’t try to force us into the sale.
