I recently bought a CPO Pathfinder from a non Nissan dealership. I was due for my 15K service. I decided to go to Rockland Nissan due to ease of location. Online appt set up was a breeze. When I showed up, my car was taking in right away. Service Dept was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Length of time for service was much shorter than anticipated. I am very satisfied with my experience & will continue to bring my Pathfinder there for future services.

Nissan Rockland is the best! Bader and Ahmad are the best duo, make sure you ask for them when you come get a new car! They’re amazing!

I strongly recommend working with Dan Negron, the finance manager! He has decades of experience and helped me to finance my first car. Dan was so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and an absolute delight to work with. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Dan for all your help and for exceeding every expectation I had, you’re the best!

Came in looking to get rates for a sentra sv. Worked with Aaron, he was patient, answered all of our questions and worked with us to get a deal. Made sure we understood process and was very attentive. Financial director was also kind and patient, and informative of add-ons to the lease, like the tire and wheel protection. Overall great experience.

Went in for a noise underneath my car. They quoted me 350 for the left control arm. Going back this tuesday to have it fixed.

I normally don't write reviews, but i'm taking the time to right one now. I have a special needs child that requires certain needs in a vehicle that most other dealerships didn't take notice. I met a special person over 2 yrs ago by the name of Zuheir Bader, when we purchased our first vehicle at Rockland Nissan. Mr. Bader took full control of the deal to make sure financially, and most important that my daughter be safe, and the vehicle fully function for her needs. And That's all Mr. Bader was concerned about. God bless him, he's a special person and I don't no how else to express myself than to put this post up on Google, so everyone can see.
We are purchasing another vehicle today, of course Mr. Bader stepped right in, and a nice young sales man that was spot on, thank you Tim for your service and the rest of the team at Rockland Nissan. I dealt with James in the Service Dept. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle from day 1 and I spent well below what I expected. I'm glad I convinced my husband to give Nissan a try because now my car is running great.

I had my car serviced today and was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received by Tim. He listened to my concerns and made sure to relay to mechanic. Tim was very patient and thorough. I recommend using service advisor Tim for any service needs!

Bernie took care of me and was so helpful every step of the way. I have a boot on my foot so he drove a few cars to me to test drive so I didn't have to walk too much through the lot. He made it a really pleasant car buying experience.

I took my car yesturday because is makeing a noise and te said that thay faid the noise they fixit i país 148 dollars and the noise still there. I went back to told them but thay were clase so they tolde me they were got call me at 7am is 2: 22 and they have not call me yet. I am never got take my car for a series there. The worst service

Shady advertising and hidden fees!

After finding a used vehicle on their website advertised for under 15k, I went to the dealership. After checking out the car and road testing it, and being told that the car was in perfect working condition, we went back to the office and sat down to talk about price.

I was suddenly told was that there is a 1,500 fee for service and certification. I expressed that I do not want certification and the car was allegedly perfect. I said I want the car as it was advertised. After a cordial dispute over the 1,500 being mandatory, I was asked to make an offer for the car as-is.

I offered 15k (several hundred over the advertised price) and the salesman asked for my credit card and went off to "talk to his boss. " A minute later the boss came and told me that I either have to pay the service fee or finance the car with them because they sell the cars below cost (yeah sure).

I respectfully declined and said 15,000 is my last offer. The manager simply said "Good Luck" as I got up to leave.

Less than an hour later they started calling me from the dealership and called me four times over the course of the day. I did not answer.

The front office eventually texted me and said they would accept my offer. By then I already put a deposit on a similar vehicle elsewhere and at a better price. I would not have done business with Rockland Nissan anyway after learning about their deceptive pricing.

The costs of making cars safe and saleable should be in the advertised pruce. And if certification is not an optional service then that should be in the advertised price as well.

Not good by far. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 11: 45 AM on 7-15-21. I called the day prior to confirm, even after I received an email confirmation from them stating that my APPOINTMENT was at 11: 45 AM. I even asked them when I called the day prior to call me if the appointment could not be kept, as I don't live around the corner and I was going to wait for it. Was told the oil change would be done in less than an hour. Anyway, gave the lot fellow my key fob and went in side. Told the car would be brought right in. At 12: 30, I decided to take a walk around the lot and what do I see? My car sitting there. I go inside and ask what is going on? I am told that my appointment time is not really an appointment, but a DROP OFF time. This is not what I was told. The service guy asked me who told me this and I told then a woman in the service dept who answered the phone when I called ROCKLAND NISSAN SERVICE, which is the direct number for this location. The service guy said "she should have never told me that". I have no control over what she says. Also, here is the kicker: Appointments are not made through a call center, not through the service dept. So, no one here, meaning at Rockland Nissan, made this appointment directly. This is what the service guy told me. So, if I have a vibration issue, then I have to return and pay for it and waste more time sitting around. Guess they looked at me and believed I just fell off the turnip truck. Just another dumb customer.

All I came in for was an oil change for warranty. Had 4600 miles on the car. Asked if I wanted a tire rotation. I said no. The service guy was insistent, and that it should be done. I again said no, not yet. He said "no charge" it is part of the service. So, I had it done, but it really was not necessary. When I got home, I read the fine print on my receipt and it said" CUSTOMER REQUESTS TIRE ROTATION WITHOUT BALANCE POSSIBLE VIBRATION AFTER SERVICE IS DONE".

I NEVER REQUESTED THE TIRE ROTATION AND NOW, IF I HAVE A VIBRATION ISSUE, I HAVE TO RETURN AND PAY FOR IT. I did not want this in the first place.

All staff very friendly. Take us 2.5 hours to get new car. The only thing that bothered me is the “loyalty program “. Should be better deals for coming back consumers.

Went for my oil change and tire rotation. They were able to accommodate me the same day. They got me in and out quickly.
