Food was Amazing, m and delicious, Everyone was so welcoming and helpful specially YIGIT was just Amazing and Friendly.
Big shout to Yigit and his amazing Services.

Very enjoyable for that day’s lunch here, the weather the view the food the drink… can’t wait to go back try more delicious meals. The service is not bad, but can be more good.

Very nice place great deserts however they expect you to double and we didn’t even got our copy of the receipt.

SHAME SHAME and one more time SHAME
So yesterday we came with my friend to sit and enjoy our time together in Rocca since we have not seen each other for long time. About being there less than 2 hours, we have not even ordered our hookah and dessert yet, the hostess came in to us telling that the table we were sitting is reserved and the customers are coming jn 20 min. So she said either we have to leave or change the table which the other table was in the odd spot. Well we were at least happy that they LET us finish our main order but it will not cover her and management’s RUDENESS toward customers. Rocca was our first choice all the time since I am coming from out of state. Even if we are not out of state, people cannot afford to sit in the restaurant every day, so we sit there for special events. And of course, after this LACK OF MANNERS, they charged us 18% tip without any SHAME. IF THE TABLE IS RESERVED, THEY HAVE TO LET US KNOW BEFORE WE SIT, OR IF SOMEONE WANT TO RESERVE THAT TABLE, THEY HAVE TO ASK US HOW LONG MORE WE ARE PLANNING TO SIT. NOT TO COME AND SAY US GET UP FROM HERE. Never will be back. Advice for future customers if you read this, don’t let them DISRESPECT you. You are the customers, and they earn from us -> from customers. IT HAS TO BE THEIR NUMBER 1 RULE TO RESPECT EACH ONE OF THE CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHAT

Arrived 1 hour early for my Sunday bike ride. Decided to grab some coffee & breakfast at Rocca.

The inexpensive brunch menu caught my attention and drew me in like a fisherman’s reel. My expectation was not high.

As I walked in the door and saw a glimmer of the bay at the end of the room, everything changed. My walk became a gait and I felt a jolt of excitement as my eyes devoured the expanse of the sunroom and the boats docked in the bay.

The Turkish coffee tasted glorious as did the eggs Benedict with salmon. I ordered another cappuccino for a 2nd dose of caffeine.

I must emphasize the VENUE more because I can easily sit here for hours watching the Swan swoop down into the bay or just observing a person hosing down a boat. Serenity is often found in a church, and least expected in a restaurant.

Finally, they also have a large variety of Hookah’s to choose from. But the icing on the cake for me is the BYOB for a $25 cork fee. Now I can hear the Angels hark on high with a glass of Cabernet in hand.

11/18/23 update: returned for encore. Just as fabulous as the first visit with 2 gals this time. The men’s room does not a bug zapper…

Atmosphere and staff were great. Food wasn’t my favorite but I can only speak to the kashkavall toast. Regardless, I would still return to try something different. I enjoyed the views but keep in mind patio tables with views require reservations.

If you want to have a delicious breakfast, you must try here. Their Turkish breakfast menu was really good. But you have to order Sucuklu Yumurta and Menemen. Without these two extra orders, it won't be a complete Turkish breakfast. And these orders will be enough for two people.

It's location and view is good. Service is speedy, smily faces.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Service was good, however somewhat inattentive. Sat outside with a water view, great ambiance.

I really enjoy this place every time I go. The food is great, and the service is lovely. I like it more during the day and early evening, I find that at night the music is a bit too loud for a Cafe/restaurant (even though they call it a lounge it doesn't have a lounge setting so sitting at a table when music is blasting having a hard time trying to carry a conversation is not something I enjoy) nonetheless if you don't mind the hookah smell and smoke (I don't) I recommend trying it out. You'll enjoy it!

The worst customer service ever. Two hostesses who worked on Saturday were very unprofessional and rude, intentionally didn’t want to help us and at the end didn’t want to greet us (but they were staring at us).
And the waiter gave us wrong order.
Not worth of coming there anymore. It looks like a cheap restaurant now.

First of all I’m Asian, but it doesn’t mean I can’t afford to go upscale restaurants…Why the hell the waiters smirked when my kids and I were still working on the appetizer and wanting to keep the plates? They looked at us like we were more inferior than them. At the end of the meal, the waiter didn’t say nothing when I handed him the cash with 20% tip. I cant think of nothing besides racist.
Don’t get me wrong, the food was good. We really enjoyed it.

The place is amazing especially weekends but more quite o the weekdays, I guess it's a spot for birthdays celebrations cause there was like 6 of them when I was there. It's fun the dj plays us our favorite songs, we danced and others too.

I am giving 5 star because of the nice atmosphere and servers was good and professional

I paid $27 gratuity (means tips), normally I have to decide how mush I wanna tip. I writings this review because the rude lady who was by the register she gives me very bad look because I didn’t add tips this is not professional she can’t force customer to give tips twice

Manager and service are not friendly. Brutal business, if you are even one person and ask for the water they bring a bottle of 1 litar of Poland spring water.

Service is very attentive and professional. Food is amazing. They also have great hookah in dedicated sections. On a nice day, the view of the marina can be lovely.

I will recommend. One of the most beautiful places, you can eat everything fresh and delicious.

I usually never do reviews, even when they are bad ones, but I had to for this one because it was a very unpleasant experience since the beginning. To start off when we were sat, nobody came and brought us water or bread, just nothing, for ten minutes, whilst there were 4 bodies just standing there walking around. When I asked a guy for ice water, he made this face as if I’m inconveniencing him in some way, he could have told me I’ll tell your waiter or something. Nothing, just a face as if I’m out of line.when we found out who our waiter was, he was basically never present throughout our meal, never coming around to see if we wanted anything or if things were alright. Had to flag him down to ask for extra things we needed multiple times, giving all his attention to the bigger tables, just because we were a table of two, we don’t deserve proper service? When we got our check I come to find out, an 18% gratuity was already added to my bill, if I understand correctly this is done for bigger tables not for a table of two people. Why should I pay 18% gratuity for service that is not up to par? Also why is smoking hookahs allowed inside this establishment? Specially around diners who are just trying to have lunch, with children around, if they want to do that they should have their own smoking section for whoever wants to, I don’t want to smell anything else but my food, instead I’m forced to smell the obnoxious artificial and toxic smell of hookahs. Food is ok I guess but sometimes it takes more than just ok food and a water view, I will make sure something is done about those hookahs inside this establishment because I’m pretty sure that is not legal to do.

I had the delight of going there for the first time with my girlfriend and brother from another mother Yucel. Amazing place. Fun atmosphere. Live music. The food is excellent. The meat is tender and perfectly seared. The DJ plays a variety of music to cater to all cultures plus a live musician. Very fun safe place by the water. Very classy. We drove from central NY Syracuse area to come see this place. Did not disappoint. The owners are very amiable gentlemen. Lifetime memories. Thank you

The food is great but some old products have been added. The customer service isn't bad either, but it would be better if the waiters did their own thing while the customers were taking pictures.

Music to to loud could not real talk or here the grilled shrimp 2 over well done and very small the shrimp but over all good

Great food, nice outdoor seating and indoor seating… has a retractable roof which is cool! Waiters are too aggressive with taking away plates from table. Sometimes the hookah is a little overbearing if they do not open the retractable roof.overall nice place to eat.

Salads are good, didn't try a lot, the egg Florentine was. Blah, but the place is nice, and service is good. I'll recommend trying it

I went to rocca so many times just for the atmosphere, and hookah. But this time The food was tasteless and seems like wasn’t fresh.
The prices are high for no reason and they include gratuity in the check

I must say the food was not that good, because I didn't order Turkish food.but the service was great! The atmosphere is good too, music was entertaining.

Had a great time here, the music is great and the food is even better. If you want a quiet dinner this isn’t the place to go on the weekends but since we were here celebrating a birthday it was the perfect vibe. I shared the grilled platter and it was excellent. Definitely would come back!

It was very tasty, good and kind waiters, I will come whenever possible because I live in upstate.
