I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with R&K Theme Photography, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. The customer service I received was nothing short of abysmal, leaving me regretting my decision to engage with this company.
From the start, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, making it clear that my concerns were not a priority for them. We just completed our indoor photography last month, and I have to say that their work team is very professional. The main makeup artist Rina’s makeup skills are very good, and she is very patient during makeup. The photographer Aken is also very professional, during the shooting process, he will effectively guide us on how to manage the details of expressions and postures, and he is also very patient during the entire communication process, which is great!

The photographer made it super fun and easy and the makeup artist did a really great job with the makeup!

I’m glad that we found Ada as our photographer for our wedding photos. She is an amazing photographer and passionate about her work. Easy to work with and very professional. 5 stars for Rina and her beautiful work! She did my wife’s wedding photo makeup and she was so happy. Rina’s work was flawless. I highly recommend this place.
