Person at the pharmacy desk was kind but that’s about the only good thing. I had to go back and forth between the doctor and the office when they had all the information already. It is loud, slow, and If you want to feel time slow down this is the place.

Love rite aid but unfortunately this location never has anything, i can’t believe how empty it was throughout the aisles. They are always out of stock for everything.

I love this store, would hate to lose it. A favorite place to decompress and make happy purchases. Thanks for serving the community with care.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They lie and tell you that your insurance does not cover the medication, even though it does. I call my insurance company and they tell me that insurance does cover the medication. The pharmacist tells me again that insurance does not cover the medication. This is ridiculous.

Always have what I need. They do need more cashier's though especially when it gets busy.

Terrible service at the pharmacy the lines is extremely long they only have one person working and they don't answer the phone at all

Disgusting Customer Service, the pharmacy is the worse. They never know what their talking about, never have your prescription filled or don't see it, the phone rings out and is NEVER answered. They lie and say that your insurance doesn't cover medication, when it does. Truly a disgusting, unorganized location. This is only the case because it is located in a BLACK community, anywhere else corporate would have already done something about this. Truly sad that we allow this behavior, instead of jamming corporates phone lines with complaints. This Rite Aid needs to be shut down or revamped. YUCK!

-all of your prescriptions being filled at the SAME TIME, so you can consistently receive them together, Don't Go Here.
-calling & speaking to anyone, WITHOUT calling 4 to 5 times back-to-back, Don't Go Here.
-ppl at the pharmacy notifying you that you need a refill, BEFORE your next refill is due/expected, Don't Go Here.
-giving Simple (stop scattering my refills throughout the month, notify me that I need a refill, I need to contact my Dr.or insurance provider & stop automatived calls, if you not ready) instructions, it being shared or logged in, the honored, Don't Go Here.

They are hard on the phone & belligerent, then bewildered, in person. They well even lie about what they said prior visits & phone calls.

I've used other Rite Aid Pharmacies, TOTALLY DIFFERENT/Better EXPERIENCE.

This Pitkin Ave Pharmacy needs to be cleared out & hire pharmacist & staff that do their jobs with a little, integrity.

This is the worst Rite Aid. This store needs to be SHUT DOWN. Theses works know nothing especially in the pharmacy. I left the hospital only to be calling them for hours to get my medication. No one answers. You would think the store is full or busy. Now today I called for a medication that they told be they have to order and will call me when they get it. Only for them to tell me today I can buy it over the counter they never had to order it.
WHY ARE Y'ALL PLAYING WITH PEOPLE HEALTH? EVERYONE IN THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I have NEVER in my life called a store or pharmacy and no one answers. I've tried calling this place for a whole hour twice different days and the phone keeps ringing and eventually hangs up after the 16th ring. This is unacceptable. Why have a phone number that is never answered.

The worst ridiculously long line to wait an half hour or more on for your medication not to be there or not ready or they don't see it even though it's sent day's before and multiple times. The attitudes from the pharmacy staff also horrible.

Worst customer service ever! They will not even pick up the phone and there is a long line at the pharmacy. Always excuses to avoid answering the phone. Incredible.

This has to be the absolute WORSE location! This Rite Aid is HORRIBLE! The staff is completely lacking in customer service including management. Everyone needs to be retrained.
They lack proper signage.
The policy for not being able to use your credit card for certain purchases should be clearly stated above or near the item.
