Rite Aid

This review is for the pharmacy department. My rite aid location closed so I transferred my prescriptions here, came in first time to pick my medication up and the cashier (older Russian woman) was very nice at first until I asked her which insurance they have for me to make sure it’s the right one. She started yelling at me, being very rude like I am asking her something outrageous that has nothing to do with her, telling me how should she know which insurance I have that I need to call my insurance and find out. This is the worst I’ve been treated at a pharmacy, at the previous location that closed they were always super friendly and ready to help. She then sent me to the woman on another side to rebill the insurance and as I’m standing there she’s still yelling telling the woman “here rebill this she doesn’t know what insurance she has etc” so rude! Then when they finally checked me out it was a third person who I felt was just trying to get rid of me. All I did was ask the cashier to check my insurance some people shouldn’t be working in customer service if they have 0 patience to deal with people.

This is the worse pharmacy ever. No one serves here. Will change for sure. Please change the people that serve in the pharmacy. They are all unprofessional.

Slowest pharmacy on earth. The prescriptions always take forever. But today it took me two hours of waiting to get a vaccine even though I had an appointment! And the place is not busy. They just don’t seem to know what they’re doing…. Don’t come here.

Manager Maria has poor customer service skills. She is not professional. I ask for help and she laugh in my face and told me to wait. I feel like she thinks she owns Rita and she can get away with everything because she’s a manager. She must learn how to treat the customers. Maybe she should take a customer service skills class. The staff do not look happy and I think they’re overworked because there’s not enough staff members working there. I think Rita needs to hire more employees.

If I could give it a zero for the Pharmacy I most definitely would. They’re the worst when it comes to customer service. They hate doing their own job. They act as if they working for free. They’ll be really rude with the nastiest attitude. Absolutely horrible. Don’t chose this place as your pharmacist. Go to a place where you are actually valued. Definitely am going to change this Pharmacy.

This place needs a better system for online ordering and answering the phones! I was planning on making a purchase online for shipping. When I went online there was a promo for 20% $35 and up when picked up. Now the store isn’t close to me but for %20 off I ordered additional items to meet $35. Two days later I received a notification that one of the items wasn’t in stock and was cancelled. Ok no problem. But why doesn’t my credit card statement reflect that? It has processed the amount of $48.98! Which is the price for both items! I’ve called the store at least 8 times between yesterday and today and no one had picked up! I called the 800 # and was told the store had to cancel the order or she could start a case that would take 5-7 days! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never do this again.

The pharmacy was sucks. I went there couple of time and they keep telling me the prescription not ready and I stop by today. The woman said I had no insurance? That why the pharmacist said not ready the girl at the register don’t know how to put my card in the system. I do has insurance. Even though they should ask me either paying cash or? They been rude saying that they are going to closed, so can’t help me? Ridiculous! Bad service that I haven’t had. Shame to her being a pharmacist who had no care no help.
The woman who on schedule tonight should got fired, then the rate here will become better.

Went early in the morning to take a passport photo. Walked in there saw 3 employees walking around and 1 behind the cashier. Asked him politely if I can get passport photo taken. He said yes and asked another employee to take the picture. He said asked Denise. When he asked her she yelled out to the other employee tell the customer it’s not working. She didn’t know I can clearly see her. She was talking way with another employee in on of the aisle and say she didn’t wanna do it. My point is if they don’t want to take passport photo please put a sign up. Then people won’t have to drive there to waste their time.

Really bad pharmacy have to wait for more than 2 hrs and really really rude should fire the peoples from the pharmacy as they are always lazy and rude to the customers. If manager see this take action please. Patient is over the limit everytime I go to the pharmacy.

This review is only for the pharmacy department as the employees are very lazy giving attitude and very rude to the customers. They aren't respectful and barely do their job

Wonderful, friendly workers. I went in there for bandages but remembered I had some home was about to walk out when i saw my favorite chips at a good price and decided to stock up.

See u just left this rite aid and the tall Russian lady with blond hair, seems to not really want to help me when I came in. Maybe I'm too black. The area is very light skin smh. She also ignored my hello when I came in. Maybe all blacks or bad in this storeeeee noted!

Worst service the employees just look at you and laugh when they havent filled your prescription

Store was clean and neat, though didn't appear fully stocked (like so many other stores these days.) Prices were not marked on many items. Those that were were not all accurate, so I couldn't use self-checkout. Cashier was friendly and helpful when item rang up at a different price than was marked on the shelf.

The pharmacy help sucks.hey dont pick up the phone. They are not attentive to your needs. THERE'S ALWAYS AN EXCUSE BUT NEVER EVER "IM SORRY"

Every time I go to this particular Rite Aid on Bay Parkway, the female cashiers don’t have any customer service skills they never cracked a smile and they never say thank you, maybe they should hire females with a personality.

I advise anybody not to shop at this Rite Aid. Otherwise they maybe accused of shop lifting. There is a CVS store about a mile away with far better service and you are not accuse of shop lifting. Or purchase your needs on Amazon. Com

Yesterday at around 4PM to purchase some personal items. I pickup 4 bottles of Neutrogena Body Wash and place them in my bag. From behind I hear someone telling me to put them back on the selves. I turned around and it was a clerk. I previously seen her before behind the register. I asked her if they were for sale. So I then ask why I can not purchase them. She just looked at me and walked away. But there was an imply look like she was thinking I was shop lifting. After I gather the items and use the self service register. I got the receipt and walked over to the women and showed her my receipt. All she did was smile and walked away. No apology, no explanation. There were other customers in the store and nobody was following them or looking over their shoulder. Ask to speak with the manager but was off. Ask to speak with the assistant manager but that was no help. She could barely keep her eyes open. She did not care what I had to say or how the clerk treated me.

My reason for purchasing four bottles of Neutrogena Body Wash cause the store has an empty selves or only one or two bottles on the selves. The clerk never bothered to ask me why I am buying so many. Why ask questions just accuse the customer? How does Rite Aid profile criminals.

I am 72 years old and Asian, so what makes me look like a shop lifter? How does Rite Aid trade the employees to be on the lookout for shop lifter? There is nothing worth stealing. The selves are usually empty and never find everything you need.

I will never shop at any Rite Aid store and hope the store goes under and boarded up. I wish I could give this review a negative

This review is solely for their Pharmacy Department. I have been to other companies like CVS, walmart, Costco, private ones but the people at this pharmacy are probably the worst.

Maybe they don’t make enough money!? Pls pay them more.
Because they are extremely unpleasant and rude on the PHONE. If they answer the phone at all. They often forget to set up delivery of medicine and when asked why they simply become angry and blame you for their fault.

I just hope the company is aware of their unprofessional attitude and try to fix it ASAP.

This Rite Aid is both under stocked and understaffed. I ALWAYS have to wait on a relatively long line because there is only one cashier. They are missing some basic items, their paper goods selection is very limited. Overall needs improvement.

Pharmacy staff is rude, unprofessional, and half the time doesn’t even have pickups ready when they should be. Woman on the phone giving me an attitude and talking over me. Younger staff, probably with less experience, blurting out details about my prescription to other employees behind the counter and having the audacity to be making jokes. I’m switching pharmacies and recommend all other locals do as well.

They closed store before 11pm.very non professional it's supposed to b closed 11pm not 9.52pm. I need urgent medication & they closed before time

Took 3! Attempt to get the correct price on the meds! They couldn’t fix it, didn’t have the knowledge and patience and we paid that lower price before right there! We transferred our prescriptions to an other pharmacy. Unfortunately, the stuff isn’t kind or welcoming at all. One of them were yelling and were visibly angry about how busy she is, while giving vaccinations. If you can, avoid this place.

The morning staff is very rude and disrespectful they talked about the customer like we can't here them the pharmacy is no better. The only reason I go in here for my patients. I will tell people if you can go some were else do so.

I come 4: 59 pm …they are closing at 5 pm my mom was sick I asked them to give me medicine… and this guy from pharmacy closed blinds the curtain in front of me… this is unbelievable … worst people ever working here

Been here 20 years, the new hire pharmacists are really rude and nasty. Nobody wants to work in there. OmG.
