Young Asian lady at the pharmacy was yelling out peoples names, DOB and medications, no one cared lol. I get if you hate your job but take others people privacy seriously at least.

I placed an order for my Eluquis refill on Tuesday November 21. On Sunday November 26th I called to confirm my refill was ready.
After numerous calls and no answer I finally got through at 9: 45 am and was told by the very rude pharmacist that my medication was still not available and will be ready tomorrow afternoon. I then attempted to have a conversation with her asking why it was still not available since I had ordered it six days before and she simply said it’s not coming in till tomorrow afternoon that’s it and hung up on me. Eliquis is a blood thinner which I must take twice daily and this is service received.
I have been dealing with this pharmacy for many years and have dealt with the original pharmacists, who are extremely efficient. This pharmacist working today Sunday the 26 should not be a representation of your company.

They never answer and when they do they leave you waiting for up to half an hour and they hang up on you. I've been trying to check if my medication is ready for 1: 20 minutes.

I'm giving two stars, not because of the in-house team. Everyone who works there are incredible! I'm giving two stars because the corporate management NEEDS to think about their workers who work in a facility that has a BROKEN HVAC system in the summer season and a non-functional restroom! It's incredibly disheartening to shop at Rite Aid when the corporate office doesn't care about their staff! If corporate plans to close their operations in our neighborhood, that's one thing, but to stop investing in the facility altogether while your workers operate in a terrible environment, that's just inhumane! Fix your facility, Rite Aid!

The cashiers need to be more mindfuly about processing people efficiently, there's always a line, and for some reason the cashiers want to hold up that line so they can talk to each other. What? Hello- swipe and talk please, no one has time

Wonderful service & fast considering feedback. Like a issue with anything they have a solution asap! They call my doctor if I have a problem with my meds, timing etc.this is the best rite-aid in queens.

The pharmacy desperately needs more help, but Christina is a rock star, who clearly cares deeply about her customers and her staff. RiteAid needs to add staff to this store after closing the Greenpoint Ave location in the neighborhood. They also need to be more responsive to tech issues, like the phones being down for a month—so unacceptable for a major chain. There are often long lines, and no chance to get a call with refill issues. The staff is heroic, but they need support of corporate.

Horrible customer service. I have to wait 10 min a for someone to come and open the locked up sections. It is not that hard to do your job right. If I had a choice of giving a zero star review I say you guys deserve it. Jut have better customer service! And by the way saying sorry for your experience doesn’t fix anything. You have to actually take action for something to change. I don’t see anything changing. Other people are also complaining about your customer service.

They are very nice very kind. I’ve never had an issue they always calling me to let me know if my medication is ready I wanna go there normal you know we have to wait a little bit but overall they’re very nice and very kind.

Incredibly rude pharmacy tech, avoid at all costs. Had a horrible experience, desperately needed my medication filled since my usual pharmacy Capsule was not delivering today, so I had to go here since I have the flu and taking tamiflu is time sensitive but 100% will not be returning ever again if they think treating customers, especially sick ones just trying to get medication in that way is acceptable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst pharmacy in all of queens. You can call 20 times in one day and they still won’t pick up the phone. They’ll even pick up the phone just to hang up on you. They expect you to go down and waste your time waiting for them to fill your prescription. Unbelievably rude staff, who try to blame Verizon for having no call waiting set up on their phone. Would not recommend to anyone who is struggling with their health and needs real customer service. You’re better of going somewhere else. I’ve stood in line with one person ahead of me and no one behind me and the 3 or 4 members of staff all ignoring every call coming. These people don’t seem to care about the level of service at all. After waiting 30 min for my prescription, I got a text to say it was ready, I tried to tell some lady that my prescription was ready and I just need to pay for it. I said two words, never getting the chance to finish my sentence and she started screaming at me that she was there first, when I explained I was here long before her she told me to shut up. I said excuse me you’re telling me to shut up? You can shut up. One pharmacy staff member started screaming at me and threatening me because of her personal relationship with the lady. Telling me and others she’ll take care of me, before telling me to shut up and she doesn’t want to hear what even happened with the lady and pointing at me and screaming my name for everyone to hear, telling me in a threatening voice she will see me next time. They refuse to answer the phone and then act incredulous when someone doesn’t want to spend 30 min waiting for a prescription that was sent in 2 days ago.

The worst rite aid!
No one around to ask for help! The layout is terrible, can’t find things easy in the pharmacy department and when you finally decide to ask a pharmacist, she pushes you away to stay in line even though you just have a simple question “where can I find Tylenol” and to top it all, everything is locked up and have to call for help to open the Tylenol up for you because this is the system we live in! Bummed because was close to home!

This Rite Aid is very conveniently located but it's not convenient if your in a hurry to buy a few things because they decided to put the beauty items behind closed glass! Good luck having someone actually come over to help.

Worse pharmacy ever, doesn’t matter what day or time it is the aisles are always blocked by boxes of shipment. It’s impossible to actually access the aisles. Now they have everything locked up even toothbrushes. Forget about trying to get a worker there to unlock anything they have the worse attitudes and they ignore you. Disgusting workers and stores.

Christina Ditalia is the most incredible associate at this Rite Aid Pharmacy. Not only does she treat EVERYONE with such a welcoming respect, but she also makes sure that everyone’s needs are met. For example, there have been many times when my medicines haven’t been ready or approved, but she makes sure that the doctor is aware and ready! Just because of Christina, I come to this Rite Aid all the way from Manhattan! Thank you

After coming in for an appointment and being turned away, the pharmacist later explained to me over the phone that just because I was able to make an appointment online to receive a specific vaccination did not mean that that vaccination would be available when I came in. The other pharmacist told me in person that I needed a prescription for this vaccination which was not true.

Went to pickup my meds and the guy at the counter didn’t even give me a bag. I guess these people don’t care about patients privacy mind you he saw I was with another person like I want my friends to know what medication I went to pickup. Another thing, it should say pickup in one side because you don’t know which window you should go to.

Terrible. Won't fill prescriptions until days after I'm out of medications. Corporate closed a much more conveniently located, accessible location on Greenpoint because that one was unionized and this one isn't.

Kenny at the pharmacy department was super helpful and help me to get the prescription copy from the other pharmacy that no le get takes my insurance since my doctor was gone for the day. I truly appreciate his effort to help me and takes to him a was able to get my medicine right away instead of having to wait one more day. Thanks a lot.

I come to this location almost everyday I usually have a decent experience here, but the cashier this morning is so rude and I’ve had this issue with her a couple of times She wears glasses a scarf on her head but she has the worst attitude and I think she should be fired she makes the checkout experience very unpleasant

The store is clean, employees helpful offering a vast selection of merchandise, but the setup doesn't seem to flow - by that I mean they have a large variety of items for sale but the arrangement is somewhat chaotic & it's difficult to find what you're looking for. However, the staff will provide service with a smile and help you find what you need, thus the rating of 4 out 5 stars.

This location has been lacking bag inventory for the past 30days. For a store that over charges on basic items, you would think they would restock on bags. Bought over 15items and had no way to carry them out. They’ll only remind you of their out of stockage of bags after you pay.

It was 750 am and store hours say open at 7. Lately. They are never open early anymore. Used to be my regular stop on my way to work today u can clearly see employees inside. But 50 mins past posted opening time doors still locked. There is one manager stock person that every time he is restocking the shelves. If you dare walk into that isle he gives the customers such a snotty angry look.

Some items seem to be a bit pricey but the price pays for the fact they're open 24 hours a day. I haven't done a scientific comparison of prices but its just a gut feeling I had for years with the store even before the recent price hike. For example their energy drink seems to be almost 80 cents more than the bodega and they rarely run bogo bogohalf like how 7/11 does. They used to carry a razor sponsored by the pawnstars guy but they stopped carrying it and I really did like the razor. Wish they carried more variety in many of their products but I understand the logistical issues.

I arrived just b4 midnight on my last trip here, and realized the sales flyer i was using was expiring that day. Thinking about it, I wondered well how did they do that ; how do they cut that off, if they're open 24 hours and I decided I better hurry up and get to the register before midnight.
So at 11: 57 pm, as I approached the register I asked if i would still get current week sales, to which the clerk asked the time. I responded oh God it's 11: 57, can you ring it up real fast? He did. I got the items i needed at the prices that frankly i needed as well, and was definitely appreciative of the willingness to race and beat the clock!

A 24 hour Rite Aid with a parking lot, a decent pharmacy and self check out? Done and done. My go to pharmacy though they are a bit slow at times filling your prescription so I took off a star for that. Staff has always been polite and helpful to me. The head pharmacist seems like a cool guy also.

This rite aid never really has a line. The pharmacy is on par or better than most. Like many places it's on & off affected by the great 2020 deodorant shortage, but that's the same everywhere

On July 16 at after 12 am I shop at this location.the guy checked out me was on the phone did not even said me hi or any reply of my thanks after translation.all the time he was on the ph.when you said some one thankyou and you didn’t even get a response how you feel!

I know there are other options, and the others might be cheaper, but they are available all the time, and they have everything you might need. I needed something for cold for the baby and found it here. Yes, I found better option the next day, but here i got it right away. Very good to have it here when you need it.
