I stopped by here to buy some Ibuprofen and a couple more items and I liked that they had a self checkout service. There was a significant wait for those in line for the cashier so I was happy that I had the option to self checkout. I wished more places had this checkout feature.

Avoid this pharmacy, they do not care for customers whatsoever. Find somewhere else if you want your medication on time.

Some of the employees could be very rude at times.

Many of the (liquid) products without locks or safety seals have been tampered with.

It’s not open 24hrs as advertised.

A lot of things are not sold, it's not a good shopping experience. Go to a bigger store. It's a little farther away but you'll have everything you need.

If it wasn’t for the man in the back who helped me, this store doesn’t deserve even two stars. I have frequented this store countless times without any issues until tonight. When I went to purchase Mucinex, the woman at the cash register requested my ID, even though I was clearly in my pajamas. As a pharmacist of the past 10 years, I definitely don't look anywhere close to 21, haha. I gave her my old ID, which I happened to find in my wallet, but she pointed out that it was expired and claimed it would be her last exception. She said it with an attitude. In the past, I've bought the same medicine here, and they usually just ask for my date of birth. I didn't expect Rite Aid to have ID scanning police. If she had said it nicely, I would have understood, but she cut me off when I tried to explain. It's evident she isn't happy working nights on a Saturday. This experience is disappointing in terms of customer service. I will take my business elsewhere, where my money is valued, and I'm treated with a little more respect.

One of the best Rite Aid to shop, Sylvia is just simply amazing, she went above and beyond to help me find the items I wanted.

So far the experience at this pharmacy has been the worst. I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy after my neighborhood Walgreens closed and it's been already more than one week since the doctor sent the prescriptions and they have not filled them yet. My sister also transferred her prescriptions and she was supposed to receive them no later than 3 days after the doctor sent them. However, she called today and the pharmacy agent told her that her prescriptions will be ready in ONE MONTH. I don't know the name of the lady that picked up my sister's call, but I'm pretty sure she picked up mine too, and she is rude and impolite.

Be a smart shopper, place order for pickup, as most items are marked up 10-20% if you grab them in store. This is counter logic but you will see if you compare the price on website to the posted price in store. (Already considered the location price adjustment for NYC as well).

OMG, this is the most friendliest store I have ever been in my life shopping, there's this worker named Tomoy. She is just like an angel from heaven helping us. ️

My one stop shop, clean organized and employees are beyond helpful. Great selection of Christmas items at exceptional prices.

This store has by far has the friendliest and most courteous staff I have encountered anywhere. The pharmacy staff in particular are so knowledgeable, personable and eager to help - it is a real pleasure dealing with them. It seems as if Rite Aid wanted to choose the most customer friendly workers they could find to staff this store - and they more than succeeded!

The last two times in thr past two weeks it unexpectedly closed early! Never seen a store now be open on confirmed hrs like that (happened alot this summer too). Also The pharmacy has no communication between the pharmacists, and ive had a few big messes while trying to get my prescription, like me calling asking if in stock thid young gentlemen who (always the center of the problems), say yed they do, I switched my prescription to them on a sunday I go in this same gentlemen says oh well i ooops he doesnt have a fuñl 30 days of the same brand do cant give it to me.rolling his eyes, finally the head pharmacist agrees to give me two brands to complete the 30. This same gentlemen last year hane me HALF amount prescription doesnt tell me anything, when i run out i thought i was stolen, I call them to tell them im missing, THIS same kid with the attitude says yea we didnt have the whole amnt u have to come in for the last 15days. LIKE whaaat! Fast forward to the last time where he had me switch my prescription back to them to tell me THET cant guve me half now half later, only when he wanrs i guess.and They all back him up.its honestly awful. He shldve been fired there was also a third huge mess with a prescription (i kept another of pharmacy as main one and only switched for an emergency and never failed
to have serious problems).

For the most part, this Rite Aid serves its purpose. I rarely have an issue picking up my prescriptions or transferring them from one store to another when I'm not in the area. I live very close to this one, and everything is so well organized in the store and the store itself is actually very conveniently placed on Northern Boulevard. The only thing I will say is that the customer service is dodgy sometimes, but there's very few of them when I go in there so I understand.

Pros: open 24 hours, self-checkout. Cons: RiteAid's "Free pickup at store in 1 hour, In Stock" is a lie, they list items that are not in stock at the store on the website. I talked to an employee there and he said he knows what it is, but this item was never in stock at the store while he was there

It's was a good rite aid one of the better ones I been to.not crowded service was food and I can't complain

This is my favorite Rite Aid location to go to because they always have the items I’m looking for in stock. The store looks clean all the time and the workers are friendly always offering help. I always leave happy with my experience shopping here.

The worst pharmacy out if all the pharmacies I have been to. Not only do staff seem like it's a bother to ask a question, I asked for cashier at pharmacy to check both coverages I have and I'm pretty sure he didn't. He just said it should be the same price. He should be guessing these things but go actually process it as I requested. For these reasons I would not recommend anyone to pick up their prescription at this location.

Store has great Easter selections and early garden items. I love shopping here, the workers are super helpful. Got my vaccinations from the pharmacy for my family and I. I love this Rite Aid, surely one off the best.

I bought some hair products from them, and later found out that they were not what I was looking for, within 24hrs after the purchase I went back to return them, the cashier took about 10mins before the manager came over and told me that the system is down while there was still ppl paying at the register, I didnt argue with them, then I went back a day after, just my luck the receipt went missing, I said to the same manager " I guess I going to take store credit" well what he said to me was kind of surprising, because I lost the receipt although he has seem it one day ago I would get 50% of my money! Am I on the street haggling some street Vender by times square or I'm in a AAA company here? This manager then refused to give me he's name, I LOST MY RECEIPT IS NOT YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PROFIT MORE! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS AND THIS IS A BUSINESS SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE OF SICKNESSES BUT APPARENTLY ONLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE FOR MONEY INSTEAD!

Store workers were very respectful and efficient in helping me find my products. They answered my questions and directed me to the correct aisles very quickly. I also got all 3 of my vaccines at Rite Aid and they were very informative and gentle. Definitely recommend this location!

Worst service ever, two white guy who work behind the pharmacy counter discriminate and laugh at me right in the pharmacy, and say something dirty, I don’t even know them, I ask the staff in the counter what’s name of them, they even lied to me and said they are the patients came to get vaccinated, those two white guy wore the medical uniform. The most mean and nasty people I have ever met.

This place needs hire more cashiers! The middle age Indian woman at the front has awful attitudes to everyone.seriously she needs quit her job to be avoid more miserable.

I come here often since I live close by. The customer service is always good, they seem to be attentive and willing to answer questions, Especially the manager (i think) Jam, she is there no matter what time i go, i always joke that she must live there.

I love this Rite Aid. Every time I go to this store I can find what I need and if they don't have something the staff informs me when to return. It is always clean, neat and organized. The staff is very nice as well. It's great to go there and shop and have workers ask if you if you need help. Great sales as well. My family get all our vaccinations here and this is our best pharmacy. My neighborhood pharmacy and one of the best ever. They have great Christmas selections that are on a discounted price.

The people who work here are either rude, annoyed, or very pleasant. The pharmacy is fine. The staff there helps you as much as possible. The staff beyond the pharmacy are usually teenagers who really seem miserable working there, which is understandable. I don't think yelling at someone who does not know English will get a point across. That's just ignorant. Train your staff.

I went to the pharmacy of this rite aid for a flu shot. Did walk ins past 5 years no problem today was told I need to make an appointment even though my wife just got the shot 2 hours before me without appointment. Staff is just lazy since there's no other customers.

The pharmacy person who answers phone (male employee) fairly young has the worst customer service. He keeps the same attitude because Rite Aid allows this to speak meanly to elderly customers calling to ask questions.

Pharmacy tech got nasty with me the other day because my insurance company doesnt have prescription cards. He refused to listen to me and I ended up leaving without my medication. Also online says 24hrs but they've closed early and sometimes arent open. I called today in advance since I wanted to know what time they would open tomorrow as I need to pick something up before work. I waited on hold for 15 minutes listening to the same automated message. Finally when the lady answered the phone she was rude and abrupt. I was trying to be nice and ask so I dont show up right before they close or before they open. I don't know when they went back to 24 hours but hope it stays the same. Otherwise just change the hours online. I am going to go to the store tomorrow morning before work, hopefully they will be open.

Not exactly the best quality shop in town, but it's 24hrs and has a couple of useful features, like photo printing and debit card refills.

Pharmacy should get some new personnel that actually care about their jobs. Too many bad experiences with one guy in particular, always like pulling teeth talking to him to get our life saving medicines.

OPEN 24 HOURS! I shop there 3am very nice staff. Deliveries come in overnight so no hassle when its busy. Terrific weekly discounts. They have a dollar section. You can eggs and bacon, cheese, frozen foods=pizza. Italian. Asian dinners. Fried chicken. Pharmacy 9am to 9pm. Bathroom. Western union (cash only) but cheaper than the WU app ($10 to send up to $300 overseas). ATM for me its no charge. Blood pressure machine. Dr.scholes machine. Lots of snacks. Gifts. Sweet treats. Hardware/tools section. Travel sizes.

You can find everything: makeup, skin care, personal hygiene products, medications, food & drinks, gift cards, toys (depends on the season), candy, vitamins. Can be your one stop shop.

I called the store and the employee that answered my call was very friendly and it was the same when I visited the store. Got to purchase a few things and make copy’s of some keys.

Your sale items are most time sold out. For weeks shelve was empty of big win black tea 100ct. Zinc nature bounty, and some others items. We are your large volumes of customers on Northern Blvd Flushing, NY and we loveRiite Aid. Govind

I love the store because its always well stocked and clean but the weekend staff (mostly the young men) can be rude and disrespectful to their customers. Just yesterday, I witnessed a young man behind the counter basically debating or arguing with a customer. Now the customers on line are screaming out in despair that they are waiting too long to purchase their items. Your employees are screaming out to each other across the floor about personal issues. I tend to opt for self-check to avoid this particular employee. He likes to make snide comments under his breath. I have worked in Retail before and there is no professionalism here. You don’t argue with a customer. What has happened to “having manners”?

Almost everytime I go there, and I live very close so I go there frequently, an employee makes:
1. A rude remark about my dog
2. A sarcastic remark about me not being able to find the isles
3. Offer unhelpful directions to the whereabouts of a product when I specifically say I DIDN’T find it.

1/10 for customer service experience. 10/10 proximal convenience.

My 5year old daughter was accused of stealing, she opened her backpack and showed the lady that there was nothing in the bag, her response was “I thought I heard a toy”! This was humiliating and disrespectful, I was very hurt.

Lan Truong filled a prescription for me. My Doctor said I need 7 days Ms Truong only gave me 5 days instead of the 7 days I need. I feel she should be fired for not doing he job proper putting my health in question, She could not tell a 5 from a 7 bad for customers
