Rayda Tires

I have been coming to Rayda Tires, for over 6 years now. I have had flat tires repaired and purchased used tires. The used tires I brought was not only reasonable they were in such good conditioned, my mechanic said the treading was in excellent condition as if it was brand new. Thanks Rayda for always taking good care of your customers.

Will never purchase tires here again! After spending over $500 on tires my Tire pressure low light csne on. I immediately called the shop and the Manager, Giovanni, tells me that he doesn't want to call me a liar, but that his guys did nothing wrong and that spending $500 on tires is not even a lot of money and that I would have to pay for a new sensor when they're the ones who damaged them! Worst customer service ever!

Honestly I feel betrayed I been coming here since I was 16 with my first car. Today they had the audacity to say that the tire I purchased two months ago were not the tire they sold me because it was a different brand from the set of fours I brought before. I came to replace the front passenger side and the worker kept on saying it didn’t match the other ones. I stated that I came two months ago to get it replace and that they didn’t have any of the other tires I had already brought before From them. So I was sold on a different brand and it was a new tire.not used. Stating that I was lying while I had my receipt on hand from the purchased made two months ago. The worker looked at the tire told me it was used. That got me more annoyed because I was charged the amount of a new tire and then when I was showing them proof with my receipt it was all excuses. They couldn’t even cut me a deal since I got charged on a used tire for the same amount of a new one. Just be careful.take pictures of the tires you buy from them or they just gonna give you the round around when something happens.

Ever since i got my own car at 17 i have been coming to this place. Prices were great and was a loyal customer. I went to get all 4 tires changed.popped my front tire after 8 months or so and went to get it replaced for a NEW tire (which i paid $160) and kept the receipt. 2 months and I’m back here today again for a bubble in my tire. The manager tells me that the tire looks like a used tire and that they don’t sell the tire here. I went back and forth telling him i don’t go anywhere to take my tires and that i got it from here but called me a liar telling me i bought the tire else where meanwhile again i don’t go anywhere but Rayda and even showing him proof of receipt. Never going back this place they have lost my loyalty.

Rude employees first of all, don’t seem like they want to help or talk to you. Went to get my tires changed and my car died while waiting. Refused to help jump it. Went across the street and got a new battery and tires from amayas instead. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere

Went to get a valve replaced and they wanted to charge me an absurd amount. Went to sts tire in deer park and got a better deal. If you want your money taken go to this place. Paid a fee for them looking at it. This place is just trying to make money.

As soon as I got there I was helped. Didn't even get a chance to get out of my car.

Great place for pluging your tire im very proud of there hard work and customer service when it come to changing tires or replacing or plugings

Bought a tire and within a month the sme tire went flat on the highway, while inspection of the tire it had two plugged holes prior to purchasing it. Who would think that they would sell a product that was in this condition even if it was used doesn't mean it should be damaged?

Update: went back 9 months later and. Still fast, reliable, fair tire service!
