I received a tow from Rapid Recovery via Geico this morning (8/15). Chris arrived quickly. He called to confirm my location. He was professional and expressed concern for the safety of everyone involved. Even after the tow was complete, Chris called to advise exactly where he parked the car & where he left the keys. We got a flat tire on the side of the highway tonight and called AAA, they dispatched rapid recovery. We live locally so we have heard of the company before but never dealt with them directly. From calling AAA to arrival was about 10 mins, amazing! The driver was very nice and super understanding (it was very cold and raining) We told AAA we had previously arranged a ride. However, after our rising falling through, the driver was very understanding and accommodating, he offered a ride with him to the drop off point. Overall our driver was upbeat, courteous, respectful, funny and just an all around great guy. We are very thankful he was the one that came to our rescue tonight! I hope all these kinds words are reciprocated to him. Thank you rapid recovery!

They arrived at my car within 15 minutes. The driver was courteous and polite. He opened my door and took a few pictures and that was it. What a relief because It was so cold out. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris I.turned one rotten day into a completely sunny one! The original ETA was 60-90 min and Chris showed up to change my flat in under 30! He was efficient while even taking the care & time to explain how to change a tire as I expressed embarrassment over not knowing. But what most turned my day around was his spark of a personalility. You never know what someone has been going through in life, and I've been through much. Chris had me smiling and laughing. So according to me, a Superhero came to the rescue in a Rapid Recovery truck!

Fast and kind service, the truck came and the driver was polite and pleasant to be around. Entire process was pleasant all things considered.

My water pump and pulley had went on a late Saturday night. Called AAA and rapid recovery showed up. Tow truck got to me extremely quick for a Saturday night I was very grateful I didn’t have to wait in an empty parking lot for long. Christopher was an amazing driver, got my car up on the truck very promptly and had us on our way. We rode in the cab with him to our destination and he was extremely friendly and definitely helped make a bad car trouble experience in to a good one. Top notch driver would definitely recommend this tow company to others and he even provided us with a card for future service if needed. Thank you!

I never leave reviews. But this one deserved it. Been hit or miss with AAA experiences. But this one is a home run. Fastest pickup, fastest hook up, fastest tow I've ever seen.
