I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was courteous and efficient, and I was in and out within an hour. Will definitely be returning for future maintenance!

Upon finding a car that I wanted, Aarin efficiently helped me through the process of purchasing it. He also guided me through the many control buttons and dials and their functions. A job well done. Thank you.

The scheduling and the actual service was great. I was kept informed of progress and eta for completion. It’s a little weird that you can’t pick up you car from the service area. You have to wait for someone to acknowledge you, then told you have to walk inside, go up the stairs, around the corner to the cashier. I didn’t see any signs saying “go inside for service check out”. I know for next time, but that made it only a 4 star experience this time.

Very good service, got there early and was taken in. The job was to be 1-1/2 hrs, and was done before the hour was up.

Fair amount of inventory however, it is abundantly clear that you will always just be a sale and not a person. Most of this falls on the salesman who we worked with who did not listen to nearly anything we had to say and has not called or emailed or texted an apology or a reason for all of the mistakes on the paperwork. Hard push to get you to buy a car and little to no support once you’ve driven it off the lot.

Update: Called and he was very apologetic about the wrong things. It was clear that we were forgotten (he did not remember meeting either of us) and that what we spoke about on the phone went in one ear and out the other. Very kind but too forgetful to trust with a large purchase. (Also, we triple checked and have not had any missed calls/ unanswered emails or text messages - there was no problem getting ahold of us for the sale and our numbers have not changed)

I always go to Linda when I schedule service. She takes good care of us and makes sure the job gets done.

Adam in service is the best. I had a problem and he helped me through whole thing. Very nice people.

Sept. 2023 back for regular maintenance and again everyone was great.

The work was done well. The amount I was quoted was not clear, was not disclosed simply. I had asked to be kept apprised of the price so as not to pay more than the cost of the vehicle, was quoted at around $1,100, then quoted $200 more when a part wasnt available, and when I got the final after the work was done it was almost $1800. I feel this was not clear and frankly it's not the first time they have done this here. If you ask for an estimate on the total cost and they quote you at a certain number, it should include tax, labor estimates, etc. If they had quoted me at $1,750 or even $1,700 and it ended up being $1,800, I would have understood, but there is a big difference between $1,300 and $1,800. I am not the kind of customer to conplain once the work is finished (they requested this review - had they not I would have not said anything).
I should note that the business has cordially responded to this review stating they've reviewed the service history and to reach out to the person that didn't do as requested regarding the price if I have questions. I feel that spending less time implying that I simply misunderstood what was quoted and more time teaching staff to properly estimate totals would benefit them greatly.

I'm on my 5th car from Ralph Honda and all of my buying/leasing experiences have been great! Service is excellent and most of the staff are good people willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

My car was done in a timely manner, once it was done I gave received the call to pick it up. Service advisor was very friendly knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Buying a new car is always somewhat of a stressful undertaking. However, my experience with Ralph Honda and JB Conte was excellent. This was one of my least stressful car buying outings. Thanks to JB and Ralph Honda I am driving a new CR-V.

I was there for a recall and the car was finished in less than 2hours. I appreciated it since we only have one car and many places to go that day.

While the gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and seemed efficient, an issue we expressed to him about the second row seats that he said could be taken care of was not. The rear seat backs we left folded down also.

Good customer service good communication but I had no idea they were going to completely detail my car. I had my husband’s initials that he put on the inside of my car before he died. It was very special to me that it was there with me. Those initials were completely cleaned off, so I’ve had a very difficult day over this. I would probably tell the person that was having their car worked on that this may happen. My daughter and I are very very upset about this. We always thought of him as we looked inside the car where he used to sit.

Service department did not solve the problem, and I had to bring it back in a day after taking the car home. Still have yet to see if the second assessment will bring a long-term solution and what the charge will be for that
