Rainbow Shops

I called to find out the closing time I was told 8pm. I arrived at 7: 55pm not only were the doors closed the employees stood inside and laughed. It is so unfortunate because I am a social worker and was trying to purchase some outdoor attire for two asylum seeking families that did not have anything. Zero rating for professionalism!
