DO NOT GET A WAX HERE! The lady I had was clearly inexperienced as she burned my girlfriends upper lip! She didn’t let it cool or blow on it to let it cool at all and now she has a burn on her upper lip! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. How was that lady even allowed to wax? This photo is from after ONE DAY! Imagined how it looked yesterday! DO NOT COME HERE

I come here every two weeks and have been a customer for 10 years. They listen and do a great job. I don’t feel nervous having to speak up if i don’t like a style and sometimes whoever does the manicure will do nice designs for no extra charge. They handle disrespect very well, any loud or ghetto individuals that ruin the experience for others get politely shooed away. Homeless people asking for money or selling stolen goods? They get kicked out. Overall it is a place i love going because I can relax and look pretty when I come out.

This place is the worst, been there twice, and the second time was worse than the first.
Got a pedicure done in less than 10 minutes.don't recommend it to anyone.

They do not know how to do nails and they take people money. I went there to get my nails done. They found my nails all the way down after I ask them not to do it and still charge me $45 for regular nails when I came in for filling

I went in for a fill-in after having had one a week prior at the same salon, Rainbow. I Normally, it’s two weeks. At the end of the manicure, the technician tells me it’ll be $60. I was completely dismayed. When I pay $28 a week prior. The manager or the person who calls her self manager is as loud, and disrespectful, her English challenged and did not even try to be helpful or resolve the situation. Ironically, most of the clientele is African-American. Tthese folks should be honored to serve so many people each day. But instead, they are rude, loud, and completely unprofessional. There was no communication during the manicure that these additional fees would be incurred and when one goes to the manager to resolve the issue she instead and speaks loudly to me the customer and refused to help. It’s no wonder I prefer to go downtown for services. These people are completely disrespectful and do not treat their customers with dignity.nor the respect they deserv. Buyer beware go elsewhere. Your hard earned money is too precious to throw before businesses that don’t appreciate our business.

Owner is unprofessional and inconsiderate of your time! The owner will tell you your next and let you wait only to have someone else be ahead of you! I called ahead to ask how many people a tech has waiting. He says your next come in 20 mins. I get there and confirm again I'm next. I sat and waited 45 mins for him to say someone else was ahead of me because she got a pedicure first and brushed me off as if I wasn't waiting for 45 mins! They have no consideration for your time! They do not clean the pedicure tubs! Never sterilize instruments. Infection waiting to happen for all people getting pedicures.save your money and most invaluable your time! Gel polish is watered down! Will chip and crack after 1 week!

This place is amazing! The people are amazing even the customers are amazing! Nancy did my nails and I will be a customer for life.the manager is a sweetheart. Surround yourself with good people. This is the place!

She did a horrible job on my nails. She didn’t clean my nails/ cuticles properly. Didn’t use use a base coat. Lots of bubbles in my nails. She simply rushed the whole process. I felt really uncomfortable and she wasn’t nice at all. I would never come here again. Horrible lady, horrible experience. A waste of my time and money.

I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SALON AGAIN! I work hard for my money and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

The polish on a few of my nails bubbled as I waited for them to dry, so I brought it to the attention of the Asian man with the big voice at the front desk. He called over a young Asian woman who became increasingly irritated as I showed her which ones they weren't smooth. She threw my hands away from hers and walked off with a snarl on her face. When I complained to the man at the front, he patted my back (patronizingly and a little too hard), leaned in and whispered that she spoke no English. "Soooo, why are we whispering? " - was my thought. Anyway, the original nail tech redid the bubbled nails.begrudgingly. The end.no really! THE END! NEVER AGAIN!

I hate giving a bad review but by far the worst gel manicure in my life:/ I’m sure there are good technicians too but the one who worked on me did a terrible job. She had to redo one nail 3 times, there was gel stuck to my cuticles all around my nails but after the 3rd redo I just wanted to get out of there. She was also super rude and kept rolling her eyes at me and muttering.not a good experience:/

3hrs & $55 later & this was the outcome. I had to call on to the Gods to let me walk out of there without spazzing! Oof lord NEVER AGAIN!

I was a little concerned to come here since I had a rlly bad experience at another salon and also seeing some of the reviews made me nervous. But I decided to give this place a shot. The ladies who did my feet and hands were rlly nice and chill. The nails upon leaving the store I noticed there was a little hair on like two nails but owell. Overall I am impressed I would give a 7/10.

I find this place to be ok. I wouldn't go back as their utensils are not sterilized. The Asian guy that does nails don't understand English and he's rough with pedi. One of the eordy pedicures I've had. It's not for me.

First of all, I’ve never been to a nail place that has smelled that strong of acetone. Secondly, the nail technician wasn’t very pleasant, but I tried to ignore/give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day & just make sure she did the job I’d asked for…but she didn’t. Sis rushed through my manicure in 15 min and did a terrible job at shaping my nails. And I guess people regularly run out on them so be prepared to pay halfway through your appointment. At the end, she told me to hold my hands up in front of the dryer and left, and she never came back or told me how long to put them in front of the dryer for so I was sitting there for 20-30 min until I asked another tech how much longer I had. It was just totally unprofessional and mad uncomfortable. I’m sure there are really good nail techs there, but I personally won’t be going back.

Like the lady nice the nails were nice Initially but a week later they started looking like they needed a fill in so I won't be back and my nail just popped off playing with my dog at the 2 and a half week period. My mom wasn't pleased with her nails when she went for the price point you would think we would satisfied with good work

The gel nail polish came off my toes the next day and I have to refile my toes. Terrible service of spa pedicure I wasn't rejuvenated and the massage chair wasn't relaxing.

My first time there and Kimberly was a delight! Kinda pricey for a refill and gel nail polish. But I love my nails.

I'm going to give them 5 stars because my first time was very pleasant. Kimberly a sweetheart and magic with her hands.

Nails look like I've had them for two weeks (got them done 4 days ago). Prices are high too. Hyped up.

1st time in.was looking for a special person.they was not there any more.i still did my nails and daughter to it was so so.it was good for convenience.

I love this place. They are a little hole in the wall in the hood however they take very good care of you.and their gel manicure and pedicure is ok for the money. Kim does my feet she is awesome and Shi does my nails she is very kind and gentle

Love this place, being doing my nails with Michelle for more than 4 years and love it every time. Friendly environment and good price. Parking is a little difficult but with patience can be found, after all is NYC
