Tip for your sales team. Don’t start a conversation with how much money you want to put down without even knowing how much the car is, or which car.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I put in a deposit for a car i wanted and i wanted a refund for the deposit since i didn’t want the car anymore, they told me the cars mileage was 0 miles but soon after i found out it was actually 380 miles and they lied to me and tried to sell it for more! They told me to come in 2 days later and when i came in to collect my refund the manager at the store named Wilson told me that the salesman could not put in a request for a deposit refund and i had to go ask Wilson about it directly to get my refund, and he wasnt nice about it either! He was extremely rude to me and used harsh language towards me, and the salesman didnt even bother to tell me about the refund thing. They also charge 8,000-10,000 extra of the regular price in the name of “dealership adjustment”. To whoever is buying a car from this place, please think about it and go to other dealrships and explore before you decide to buy the car from this one.

Had a great experience getting my car serviced. There was an extended wait and they provided an Uber home and back once the car was ready. Very awesome.

I really had a pleasant experience at a car dealership. No pressure sale pitch, salesperson showed me a couple of cars I was thinking of leasing, explained the benefits of buying a car versus leasing a car, was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease talking with my sales person.

Queensboro Toyota is putting a $7,000 markup over MSRP on Tacomas and other popular models due to high demand, which is a pretty opportunistic practice - $7K just for ordering a vehicle that wouldn't arrive for several months. Meanwhile, just down the road, I spoke with Ford about ordering a Bronco and they do not markup the MSRP when vehicles are being ordered. A well-loaded Bronco ends up costing $2,000 less than a basic Tacoma and no opportunistic markup.

Brought my car in for an airbag recall replacement and they treated me extremely well. Very professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was good.

Horrible customer service! A lady working at making appointments for service area is just so rude today I took my car for recall I had an appt at 8pm left it and went to pick it up at 5pm to find out they didn’t do the recall for the brakes because they did not have the recall available. Not 1 call to notify me what was going on or to pick up my car earlier. I don’t understand why they make me go in missed a day of work for nothing! Asked to speak to manager and apparently he went of vacation and there was no one available for me to speak to. This place is so unprofessional I can’t believe the lack of customer service in this place the lack of professionalism.

Scammers. John Padula said on the phone he had the car I'm looking for and to come by the very next day. We came and another sales person said it's not there anymore. I don't think they ever had the car. Total scam to get people to come by. They don't even have any cars right now due to the chip shortage. The sales person was also completely unenthusiastic. Why even waste people's time to have them come by then? Don't do business here.

Whole place full with scammer never buy car from them. Made a deal gave them deposit but after 4 weeks they be like you need to pay more then what original deal was done. Alll scammer in this place

So, i walk into Queensboro Toyota to look for a new SUV which my current Lexus lease is about to expire. Not a single salesperson greets me. So when I do finally approach one that was busy fiddling on his phone and ask about the 2 models In interested in he gives me two short answers and walks away saying he's helping another customer. I give him the benefit of the doubt but no. He just walks away. So now I'm left on my own again. I do my wall through the showroom setting several other SUV's that interest me and look up again and see now I know his name Edwin and he's back on his phone ignoring me even though i know he's looking right at me. Low and behold Edwin is now helping someone brand new that walked in. So I approach Edwin again and ask. Edwin, did you forget about me? He in turn says no I'm helping a few people here. I say, no your not your to busy looking at your phone. I would not recommend this dealership spend the extra time and find another dealership because this one isn't the dealership you want.

BUYERS BEWARE! I bought a used highlander on August 2021 here and the dealership did not disclose the vehicle had two prior accidents. The dealership stated they do not do carfax checks on used cars when selling it, they use autocheck experian, which conveniently did not state the car had 2 prior accidents. In this very month of October 2021, I found out about the accidents, I went back to the dealership to inquire about the prior accidents and asked them to appraise my car to get my money back and I lost a lot of money. They did not even make the slightest effort to help me out after they made the mistake of not disclosing the prior accidents and basically lying they did not know the car had prior accidents. I just left and took the loss. I would not recommend buying a used car from here at all.

Awful place! I wanted to buy a car they have for 19,000 but it was a lie when I seat down to actually buy the car they wanted 30,000 FAKE ADVERTISING! Awful careless people not friendly at all and the worst costumer service. I won't recommend this place.ripping of people is they're priority. Do your research before going to this place is not worth it.

My car was towed @ this location due to having 2 flat tires on my way to work. As I made it to work that day I waited a couple of hours to call for an update, they briefly mentioned that they will call me back, I called back an hr.later & was told that the person in charge of handling my car would call me back I never received a call. I was very perturbed by this dealer's incompetence, bad customer service & lack of communication. I then asked to speak to a manager & spoke to Jamal. He was efficient, professional, courteous & helped me with my situation This 5 star rating is for Jamal the manager he's a great asset to the company & definitely made a difference.

DOESN'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 Stars. Purchased a part from this dealership. They never called to let me know it arrived. When I called to check on the status, I was on hold for AN HOUR to tell me it's there, when I asked how much it'd cost to install it, I'm on hold for another 20 Min, and transferred to 5 different people asking the same question, before we decided to hang up and go there in person. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I used to like this place. Bought my new rav4 at their place.got a appointment 10am in the morning. Was there early 9: 30am. The lady name azra cirikovic was very rude has bad attitude.and terrible customer service. Don’t know why they hire her to work there. She say I need to pay over 800 plus to pass my state inspection? Are you serious? They charge $60 to change the tail light bulb (outside only $10) break pad $350 (outside 120) I told them just change my engine oil 2days ago at other place. Don’t need new oil. They change the engine oil anyway. Crazy! Just try to rip off my money. The lady say they won’t pass my inspection if I didn’t pay $800 plus. R u kidding? My rav4 is less then Two year old has no’s issue. In the end I had to talk to the manager my self. And pass the state inspection with only have my tail light bull fixed. I spend almost 7 hour there just for my state inspection! Beware this place! Never go back again! Very disappointed! The lady name azra cirikovic was very rude and bad attitude toward her customer. I will never never go back! ’ $ 800 to pass your state inspection? F/u

I visited once in person to enquire on how much it would cost for fixing a dent, few scratches and stains in my car. Everyone there was so rude and didn't care. They acted like they just wanted me out of their sight. Terrible people. They need some serious counseling.

Jameel was the only person who acted in a humanly way and answered my questions. Kudos to Jameel. Later, I called them maybe 10 times over a period of 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for Car service. It directly goes to voicemail. When you leave message, nobody calls you back. I wish there s a way to give 0 stars, as that's what they deserve. Since, beyond any doubt, they proved to me, they are rude & didn't care, it was an easy decision for me to look beyond them.

I am on my 3rd lease Rav4 xle, is been a 1hour fast Toyota care service, but last time it took 4 hours to service my car, don't know why, but my guess, "Covid19"

Naturally, I am suspicious of mom and pop auto mechanics in NY just because I always feel that in the city, people are out to rip you off. For this reason I gravitated towards this dealership thinking that at least I know the prices will be somewhat reputable. I have an old hand-me-down 2011 Prius which is my knock around car for city driving. Headlight burned out and brought it in to replace. I paid about $250 for the service, which I thought was high, but hey its a dealership right? They have to stand behind some set of ethics … boy was I wrong. I am writing this review 1 year after that service because I just came from a mom and pop auto repair shop and paid $30 for the same repair on the other side of my car. Do not go here. Complete rip off. Marking up prices by 10x is just poor business. F/U Queensboro.

One person (from sales) helped me after tons of back and forth between service and parts - half of Parts staff ignored phone calls (including mine) one service rep provided no assistance and would not give any guidance. Would not recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews but… If I could give 0 stars. I would’ve! My experience here it’s been the worst ever. I went there looking for a car and of course, customer service was great that day (they do what they have to do to get your money) but after not receiving any call about the car I was waiting for etc, every turned down. When I finally spoke with the sales person, he told me that they didn’t have cars to give me anytime soon, so I asked for my refund and also my old car title back. Getting my title was right away, but it’s been over a week and they haven’t refund my money and I’ve been calling every day, no answer at all, no call backs, NOTHING. I went through my credit card directly and they checked that they haven’t even process any type of refund. If you are looking to get a car, do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Honestly If you are reading this before going to this dealership then read it fully or read it before making a final decision of BUYING.
You might have got a deal at this place to get your FIRST or 10th car.
Their customer service is so poor and under rated that you would keep wondering what’s going on with your sale.
The sales team is for sure happy to help you but you would never get a call back from this place if your credit was approved or what’s your rate of interest.
Even after leaving several voicemails and callback numbers be assured you are never going to get back a call.
No one is going to answer your calls apart from the receptionist who would say that they are busy and will call you back.
Left several messages to manager to call back but in vain none calls back or takes care of the matters.
Really a run around with this dealership.

For sure but not least the Joffrey ️the finance guy is pretty easy to deal with for your loan on car.

Professional Sales staff and friendly service. I vist Queensboro Toyota quite often since my family bought total of 7 cars from this place. I never had any bad experience with sales people or sevicing department

Worse car dealer in NYC. Don’t even think about doing service to your car here. They take long hours and customer service is very bad! Better take your money and time to another dealer. Never coming here again!

Terrible service. Victor acted like we kept him from doing his day job & gave us invalid information on the specs of the car. I didn’t think knowing the names of car colors was too much to ask for but here we are. He kept leaving his desk and was walking around the store without a mask on. This is business lost for YOU due to your unprofessionalism, oh well.

We spoke another salesmen who gave us a price- we slept on it and went back to accept & it magically went up $100 per month. No thanks, I’ll take all the bells and whistles offered at Mazda.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Made an appointment through the phone before I got there and then when I got there I waited an hour long just for the sales guy to waste my time and not help me. They said I will only further assist you if you purchase a car and I told them I will need some info and help before I buy the car and no one helped me out. BAD SERVICE NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Please save ur time and ur day. If you guys don’t believe me go right ahead and get the bad experience I did 2-3x that I had went in there.

I bought my 2020 rav 4 hybrid from this location, my experience was okay nothing great about it. I’m giving it 3 stars because my brand new car had alignment issues since day 1.

Two days ago I spoke to the Manager Mr. Wilson to lease a RAV4 XLE. We even discussed colors and trims. Made an appointment for two days later.
Received a call the morning of the appointment to confirm it.
Upon a arrival, there were no RAV 4 XLE's on inventory. They only had the LE trim. Dealer was fully aware of this but rolled the dice in the hopes of pushing the LE's.
Highly unethical. Bait and switch.

Went in to purchase a very specific vehicle not available anywhere else. Got there at 10am and made the decision to purchase at 1030am. Didn't walk out until 130pm because of delays in getting the paperwork done. 10 more minutes turned into another hour and so on. Everyone there was completely polite but the wait (especially during Covid) was excruciating. Finally got the paperwork and it took 3 mins to sign it.

So So super disappointing. If i can give negative one start i would. 10 years ago we purchased both our Toyotas from this place and had completely different experience. We came in about 2 weeks ago to order a car of specific color which we were told was hard to find, but we were reassured that it was possible. The place was super busy and salesperson said just leave your paperwork and go i will take care of everything. I have never heard back whether financing went through or the order was placed. I waited a week and after I called to follow up.someone picked up the phone and said he did not know anything about it, he did not see any order placed and that I should call to my salesperson back. I texted him and got an answer to contact inventory person. After sales manager called me and said the color we wanted is very hard to find and that i should take color that was my second (just in case) preference. I told him we really like the one we chose and that i need to speak to my husband about it. After i texted my salesperson and inquired about another car - never heard back. Called sales manager - and left a voicemail stating that we really need a car and we ok to go with another color. NEVER HEARD BACK. I feel completely ignored and if this is how the customers are treated then shame on them. I was not getting something for free, i was getting a brand new vehicle. SO SAD TO SEE A GOOD RESPECTED PLACE GO TO WASTE.
