The elevator is always busy, crowded, and too small. You have to wait in the long line. 3 to 8 floors are for doctor office. A lot of patients come and leave every minute, but only 2 elevators for them. There is 1 elevator service 9 to 12 floor, lawyer or accountant office. Visitors are much lesser, maybe just 1/5 of the floor 3-8. You never need to wait in a line.

Mulan Cantonese restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. The only restaurant that provides excellent quality and traditional Cantonese tea room dim sim and food on the downtown main street of Flushing.

Medical offices enter from other side of building

They can do better as a building.very poor management for the offices and bathrooms.spent a few weeks or months without soap or toilet paper.and people do not know how to use a lock nor clean up after themselves nor manners.rather spend money at Flushing Commons or else where where its cleaner and actually nice people.

So many people and so much hype around the trendy food places, it really felt like going to China, save on your plane flight and go here lol
