Went there to unwind with my fiancé since we’d been having a pretty rough month. The customer service was good and the massages and facials were decent. The one star is because of the pressure to tip 20%! I asked to be charged 15% tip and the front desk said they recommend 20% and started explaining salary and commission for his employees. How unprofessional is that! I honestly should have left without tipping after that but I was just so tired after a long week that I said okay to 18%. We will NEVER return.
