This facility is conveniently located and very user friendly. Jane is a standout employee and does a great job getting clients settled in their storage units. The facility is clean and well maintained. Corporate should have more employees on staff and longer hours of coverage to improve the customer experience

Jane & Jaci Ann are always so kind. They have always been extremely helpful with any questions I had or concerns regarding the storage unit I use. This location is always kept extremely clean and even the restrooms are spotless. I recently had to receive a delivery to the storage unit and it was very easy for the truck to deliver my pallet to my unit. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs. I have a 10x10 indoor unit and also feel the price is very reasonable for the size.

Great experience. I shopped around and found this location. Reasonable priced and the location is clean/temperature regulated. Jane and Jaciann are such nice people. They are very accommodating. I have been looking for a specific space in Storage and Jane was able to find me one. Once one became available she reach out to me right away. So far the place looks neat and clean and easy to deal with.

Jane and Jaciann have been so helpful to me over the years. Always lend a hand when I forget the entrance code. Jane has also called me when my Credit card has expired, saving me from any extra charges. Place is clean and well maintained!

This was the first time renting a storage unit and Jane was super helpful. She answered all my questions and took the time to show me multiple units to help decide on the proper size.

Selling a house is such a stressful time. When you need to locate a storage facility on top of that it’s even more stressful. We visited several storage places and were unhappy for various reasons (cost, location, cleanliness). Then we made an appointment with Jaci Ann at the Garden City location of Public Storage. Both Jaci Ann and Jane were fabulous. So kind and able to fully explain the rental process. They even helped us realize that we could actually rent a slightly smaller unit and everything would fit, thus saving us money in the process. We signed up and paid on the spot. I walked out of there so relieved that something during this whole moving process finally went smoothly for us. I hope the company realizes how valuable these two women are. Just based on our meeting today we will recommend this location to all. Thank you so much ladies.

Needed a storage unit and wanted an outside drive up unit free of bugs and rodents. This place has the cleanest units I've ever seen. Jane at the front desk was great and showed me all around while explaining everything I needed to know. She made the process very simple and was excellent at her job!

My wife had to move out of this storage by herself since i was out of town, an do it with a 2yr old, she was stressed out, but thank god for jaciann, she came and checked on my wife during the move, an even stayed late both days to ensure my wife got out without stress, as well she called her to give reminders of the move out day an letting her know she would be there if she had any problems. You don't really meet people in NY that take a moment to care an this women really touched my wife's heart, cause what she was so stressed about she called me after happy an at peace. 10/10. Public storage be mindful of the amazing face you have sitting at the front desk. She is someone great.

They are pretty good there however if your storage unit is located on the exterior of the building they will not give you a password that allows you into the building to use the bathroom even while it's still the hours of operation between 6: 00 a.m. And 9: 00 p.m. Which kind of sucks so if your unit is outside good luck with going to the bathroom when no one is in the office.

I received excellent customer service from representatives Shiasia and Jaci Ann. They provided me with quick service explained all of the promotional deals which gave me a great savings.
