Good stop, clean unit, never had any billing issues. Friendly people who run it, lack of carts however. Had to search for one

Went to public storage today had a little mishap with the wrong unit dealt with William at the front desk who was very cordial and helped us right away. Very happy with the service and our space.

I had so many questions the other day and Sue was great in helping me figure things out. Loved the Commack location I know my belonging will be safe while there.

I've been keeping multiple storage units across a few states for personal and mostly business use for the past 20 years. The best one to date has been the Public Storage in Commack. The manager, Sue, has been and still is the best of all the managers I've done business with by a mile!
When I first met Sue 4 years ago, she stayed later than she should have to help me set up a large unit. And she kept a smile and laugh through it all. Over the years she has maintained a very friendly and helpful attitude towards customers. I am always greeted with a smile and a can-do-attitude. Sue is a rare kind of person. She is dedicated to her job and does it with a smile. Sue will also go above and beyond what her job requires her to do. I've seen people be rude to Sue and her response is not to argue but to show a nice genuine smile and try to help the people as best as she can. Sometimes it's not appreciated, but she lets it roll off her back. I continue to use Public Storage because of Sue.

This is great facility. Sue is always so friendly and goes the extra mile to remember her customer by name. She is quick to listen and help in anyway she can. I would definitely recommend

Came in to buy some boxes and look for prices. Angela was very helpful and Sue was knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly.

Smooth online process and day of moving into storage. Clean and temperature comfortable, storage key and lock waiting, no need to go to managers office.

I’ve relied on the folks at Public Storage Commack since 2013. It has been money well spent. The service by the team members has always been courteous & efficient. The items I’ve stored with them have remained secure, protected, and are always easy to access. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and, as previously stated, the service members are reliable & do an excellent job. Many thanks.

I don’t have any particular feelings to rate a storage facility, and I am very confused as to how other people could. I really don’t understand how someone could rate a storage facility 5 stars.
It’s just a box ….
Besides that, this place is a good storage facility. A little overpriced and not super accessible. If you are unlucky enough to have an interior box, and need a cart, you will jot be able to find one without making a reservation for it. It may need to be wheeled from the office to your box and then back, but I’m not sure. I have never had the time to call ahead and see if a cart would be available to use.
I don’t know how to rate. But I haven’t seen any roaches or rats. I haven’t smelled anything bad in the facility.so 3 stars? Is that good?

BEWARE! They just upped my rent 33%. When I called the call center, I was told that I am subject to rental fee increases and that it was a *business decision*. I have not been able to get in touch with a supervisor. I have been at PS for 2 years and the increases have been around $10. It just jumped up $40 over the course of one pay period. Unacceptable.

I was very impressed by the level of professionalism from Nicole. She was very informative on how everything is done and made the paperwork process easy for me. I mentioned struggling with paying on time, Nicole suggested using auto-pay and even assisted me with setting it up. Will be recommending to friends and family.

After checking other storage sites in the area we settled on Public Storage in Commack. Our sales representative, Heather, was a pleasure and made the rental process seamless. Highly recommended.

Came down and met with Michelle and she helped me decide on a 5x5 when my res was for a unit a little bigger. She made the process so easy for me and explained the transfer process to me if that is something I need to do.

I guess I caught Sue on a bad day! She was nasty and made me pay for a whole month because I went over 1 day due to a problem with getting a uhaul truck! Maybe she’s nice if all goes well, but if you run into a problem- watch out!

Checked out with my family today. Sue & Heather were extremely helpful. A+ service and facility. Would gladly recommend. Thanks!

Been renting here for 4 years, came down today to get lock cut off. Michelle was very helpful and patient during the process.
