HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and super unprofessional encounter with Corey D. It’s hard to believe he was hired to be apart of the management team at this store, let alone ANY retail store for that matter. Everything about him was unprofessional, from how he spoke, how he dressed and most importantly how he handled himself the entire time he was called over to assist. Corey D was rude, condescending and disrespectful towards me. I thought managers were trained to come to the rescue and bring peace and calmness in a situation. Corey arrived to the cashier area and literally looked like he was on drugs in all honesty. He was irritated for no reason, talking in a slurred way and made the situation worse. How I was handled and treated by this unprofessional person was unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Upper management should keep a close eye on this guy. He was clearly under the influence and I’ll never ever forget this experience.

I love this store because it has everything I need and at such a low price, only the styles are not elegant, especially the children's area, but whatever the prices are very good, I hope it stays with us forever.

I would have given it 5 stars if they had bathrooms for the customers and if the staff was more personable. I traveled from the Bronx with my 83 year old mom and with my son that has autistic challenges. They would not even allow my senior mom to use their employee restroom. The store was neat and clean and the lines moved quickly.

Primark store restroom cannot be used buy a buying customer. It's broken. You need to fix it

One of the cashiers was rude and impolite. Staff needs better training on dealing with customers.

They got decent stuff at decent prices such as quality cotton t-shirts and hoodies and stuff. However the sizes run out quickly so supply-and-demand should be better

Brought an un open item with the receipt “baby onesie “, pass by 3 days and I explain having a new born etc. Would not make an exception for nothing! Very disappointed base off being in the store and dishonest people have stolen and workers just watch but someone who was honest takes a lost. Very discouraging I will not shop here anymore and also will be spreading the word

I really couldn't find anything that fit someone of my size. I did however find a nice overnight bag and some sneakers.

I always go here every Sunday but last Sunday. I was treated very badly by the security guard who thought I had gone to steal things I had nothing with me. I didn't even get help from the manager, then I emailed their corporate office and they emailed me saying they would investigate it.

Yesterday visited primark location 162-10 jamaica, ny 11432 has extremely bad service and rude attitude cashier name JEREMY,

he charged me extra $26 dollar, i talked to manager told her I didn’t buy any jacket he charged me $19 dollar. One ottoman is $5 dollars he charged $10 and other items jog leg $7 dollars he charged $9 dollars and he give me extra one black hoodie $13 dollars which is I don’t buy I returned to her.
She refund me only $19 dollars I told her its should be $26 dollars but she said come to store is about to closed, i request to her she please refund me all my cashiers charges me extra, after she refund me that, same cashier he give me broken paper bag he told me to pay again 5c, he shred that with other’s employees he did not mistake anything its was my mistake, this kind of service the managment should take care that. I went to store for buy clothes not for free anything. Employees
all are mad with me and kick me out from store.pleas check your store camera how they’re behave. Time it’s between 7: 45 pm to 8: 20pm.

Not alot ofgreatchoices.the large sizes are always gone.and slim pickings.the one in Brooklyn is better

Everytime I go I find something new. The prices are great. Especially for Disney character items. The clothing selection is really nice just the sizing is limited.

Super affordable clothing and household products. Beauty and baby section adorable things for babies. Teenager tees.and pants. Great overall.

Primark is a store we need in Jamaica the prices are fair. The store is clean and Bright!

This Primark looks raggedy compared to others. It was not organized, clothes was everywhere, no one to help, no self checkout, long lines due to no self check out. Be prepared to waste your time. Go to Primark in downtown Brooklyn instead
