This is the way a business should be run! Chris was absolutely awesome. Stopped in this morning to get some information on a deck/floor sander. In a matter of minutes, Chris had me set up with exactly what I needed, and all the necessary equipment to go along with it to make my deck-refinish a huge success today.

They safe the day. While working in the yard the chain fell off my saw, I opened it put chain back on it still wasn’t staying on. I walked into prestige and it was fixed instantly, the best part was he took to the time to explain to me why it happened and how to maintain and fix it in the future. I would definitely recommend this place and use it myself.

Last fall I brought a leaf blower from Prestige. This spring, I couldn't get it started. Chris walked me through a simple way to fix it, even selling me the parts so I could fix it myself. When it still didn't work, I took it in and his mechanics adjusted it, and fixed it.for free! That kind of service is unusual in this day and age. If you are looking for a lawn mower, leaf blower, snow blower, or whatever you need to maintain your home or property, I'd make it a priority to check out Prestige.

My snow blower broke the second night of the first big snowstorm in two years. Chris did his best to get it back to me as fast as he could, despite the large number of other disabled units caused by the same storm. He even sourced parts outside his normal channel to try to expedite the repair. My unit is too bog to fit in my car, so he has an outside contractor do pickup and delivery at a reasonable price. That gentleman, who's name is Matt responded to my call quickly and kept me up to date via text message on all his arrival time. I highly recommend both Chris and Matt.

Chris could not have been more helpful and friendly. I went in looking for a snow blower before an upcoming storm and he took the time to explain all the ins and outs to me. He was personable without trying to oversell me on anything. With a few options for my needs (gravel driveway) and first time buying, he took the time to even call another store in northport to see what they had so that I was able to purchase the best option for me and my budget. I will absolutely be going back to Chris for all repairs, maintenance and future equipment needs.

Christopher was immensely kind and gracious to me in my time of need! He even gave me a lesson on how an engine works. Would definitely recommend making them your go to local small engine store and repair shop.

Chris is honest and really helpful. I bought a toro snow blower few years back and have been happy with it. He tunes up my lawn mowers. On one occasion after using the mower he serviced for a few weeks, it started to leak gas. Brought it back and he took care of it with no extra cost to me. That is what I call great customer service.

Last year I bought an Echo Trimmer from Prestige. It is a terrific product. It was priced fair and does exactly what you would expect. Chris told me to come in when I ran out of trim line so he could show me how to reload it. He said that it was much easier to do than my last trimmer, but much different as well. Yesterday was the day I ran out of trim line. Man! It was so easy and so much better than the last one I had. You don't have to take the base apart to reload it. Thank you again Chris for helping me purchase such a great product! Your customer service is second to none!
