Really great quality work. I wear through the front of my leather soles so I had them install metal toe taps in several pairs of shoes. They've also resoled a Dainite-soled Allen Edmonds boot for me before. I'm happy with the results.

I’ve been to this spot many times in the past two years and have always been impressed by the work they do. Great workmanship and very reasonable prices. And a quick turnaround!

They a great job putting on bottoms for my two pairs of designer heels, they look seamless. They also put in a metal bit at the tip of the shoes to protect the pointy part from being worn down too quickly.
They also really brought new life to a pair of loafers I love. The black was seriously dirty and greying and the bottoms were worn out. I got them back looking like they're new!

Honestly the people here are great, not only that, they were quick too, so if you need to stop by for a quick shine or polish, I'd definitely recommend this. '
That being said, I do believe you get what you ask for, be vocal and voice your concerns if you're worried about them tanning your brown or off colored shoes with polish or while shining.
I brought my brown boots and they said the colour will lighten up, it's been a week and it's still a bit darker than the original. But I did get compliments from people at the hotel about my nice shoes when riding in the elevator:)
If you're on the fence about this place, just show up and talk to them and they'll help you through your worries.

Brought some treasured boots in for some repair work. Although the boots weren’t ready on the promised date, they were personally delivered to my apartment 2 days later. Awesome repair work and great customer service.

I’ve had to have all of my boots and shoes stretched for my left foot, due to an accident. Walter provided great service and finished in a timely manner. All at a reasonable price. A very happy customer!

I brought in a 15 year old pair of allen edmonds with holes in the soles and asked form them to be replaced with danite rubber soles. They did and excellent job! First class cobblers, very friendly and was done on time and with a smile.couldnt be happier thanks!
